Going for my first T break on July 1st for 2 weeks. As a daily consumer I’m excited and anxious. Your videos give me confidence that I can do this and change my relationship with cannabis.
I was a daily consumer, like two months before I got pregnant, I realized I need to slow down my consumption. I don't know why, but something just told me, hey lets chill, and since being pregnant, and living in a non-legal state, I had to really rely and cope using other methods. You can do it, that's what great about the plant, you can control yourself. MIND OVER MATTER
@@BluntsandBooks I’m optimistic about the 2 weeks. Should add that it’s my first T break in a looong time. My past T breaks I always started cold turkey and my biggest issue was sleep, which would lead me back to daily consumption. Having other protocols to help with sleep is the plan, plus a little CBD.
I know cannabis is a realy niche market on UA-cam, but you should have wayyyyy more views. I just started my t break after smoking non stop for 3-4 years (started smoking in highschool) and was realy struggling until I found your account and everything is helping me. I’m on my third day and you completely flipped my perspective on the plant. I can’t wait to get back into using it while being more mindful and trying out other products.
I smoked weed, cigarettes, and alkohol heavy from age 16-34. Then I quit everything for 4 years. Then I started with vaping weed again now to have less depression. But I still have to be careful so it does not loose its magic. So I have about 6 clean days each month now and I never smoke morning or after 20.00in the evening. It’s really a great plant ❤
“Use it as a tool” that’s what i tell my friends. Once it becomes a crutch to get through your day that’s when you need to cut back. When music, food, & thoughts aren’t as good. Take a break & adjust your intake.
I went on vacation for 9 days and couldn’t take any with me. I work from home and grow my own so it was non stop before the trip - cost wasn’t an issue. Since being back from vacation I am skipping days and only smoking one or two bowls in a day instead of every 30 minutes. It’s such a habit. I realized I smoke because it helps the boredom pass and also helps me put up with a huge work load. The dream recall when refraining is crazy. Worth the break just for that reason, and the clear sinuses too. I still smoke but only a little bit now. I’ve cut down on how much I grow too since it’s a lot of work to trim. Thanks for the video 👊👍
The "medical" way is soooo complicated. Im from Germany and was early (Age 8) diagnosed with ADHS. In my teens and early adult i had so much struggle because its extremely hard to find a therapist. After months over months of applications (this is no joke, the therapy places are so overgrowded here that most of them take "applications" for future sessions) and declines i went my own way. Luckily we finally can grow legally at home since early 2024. I just found your channel and its BY FAR the most value i have found on youtube about cannabis and the use/risks. Sadly i have completely missused cannabis for a long time, smoking 2-3 joints a day (even sometimes before work). My anxiety, symptoms from ADHS and much more went through the roof with daylie usage, i developed signs of depressions - it didnt helped me at all it got worse and worse. It was the other way around when i used it responsible. (ONCE per day with a small dose in the evening after work, or even only 3-4 times a week). Starting a new journey now thank you
Obsessed with your mentality!! So real cannabis overconsumption is a easy habit for me as a daily user it looses some magic when tolerance gets out of wack. Love your videos, you bring such a bright, clear and informative perspective to the cannabis community!☮️
I've been strengthening my t break stamina. Right now doing it only once on the weekends and staying off all week. I notice I sleep deeper and more thoroughly without weed. I'm gonna try and keep going longer cause I really like the lower anxiety levels I feel without weed in my system over time.
Back in January, I think I was using cannabis so much that it was turning on me and messing up my stomach. Not sure I had full blow CHS or anything, but I took a 4 months t-break just in case and it was fantastic. Way easier than expected too. I've since smoked once with a friend last week and it was a GREAT experience. I only plan to smoke once every month or two from now on and really enjoy the experiences.
I have a very interesting interaction with cannabis. I smoked joints everyday for about a year and never built a tolerance. It's like every time I try a new strain, my tolerance resets. It is beneficial as it keeps me from overconsuming and I know my limits. I enjoy it as a supplement for enjoying life but it is definitely not for every situation which I had to learn. You have to learn to enjoy life for what it is. Elevate responsibly ya'll :)
I apricate your views on cannabis, I can relate to it. My journey start with occasional recreational use to Slight dependent to self-medicate to deal with anxiety . It was unhealthy at points but thankful I am currently shifting to mainly using it for therapeutic/mindful use. thank you for this video 🙏

Researchers from The Ohio State University analyzed 154 studies involving over 10,000 participants to compare the effectiveness of different anger management techniques. Their findings, published in Clinical Psychology Review, challenge popular notions about "blowing off steam" through intense physical activity. Activities designed to decrease arousal - like deep breathing, mindfulness, and meditation - were found to significantly reduce anger and aggression across diverse populations. These calming techniques worked equally well for different genders, ages, and cultures, and remained effective over time. In contrast, activities that increase arousal - such as punching bags, intense exercise, or "venting" - showed no overall benefit in anger reduction. These high-energy approaches produced inconsistent results at best. thought this would interest the community.

I think most people don't see the negative effects it has on them when they use it as a crutch, I have a friend who has to consume or they get mad and mooch off people who have some. When we confront them about it, they always say cannabis is the one good thing they have in their life and also that their "negative behavior" towards it when they don't get it isn't that bad compared to someone getting mad enough to punch a wall or cause ragging fits. Honestly we stopped trying to help them, they have to choose to change on their own and see that although they may not be shooting up heroin they do nothing good for themselves when they consume so much and become dependent on it to the point if they don't have it it's the end of the world.
