- A happy meal is a happy time, specially when the whole family sits together. My bothers have been requesting me from a very long time to prepare something special. My visit to my parents home was unplanned and I had great time spending with them. Hence sharing a day vlog and what I prepared for dinner on that day. Do watch the complete video to check out the delicious dishes and some glimpses of here and there.

Banana - 3 - 4
Sugar - 4 - 5 tbsp
Cold Milk - 2 cups
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashews - a handful chopped

Pan Pizza - ( 2 Medium pizza )
Base :
Maida - 2 cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1 cup
Sauce :
Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Redchilly powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Topping :
Capsicum, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olives, jalapeños ….

Cold Tuna pasta salad -
Dressing:
Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Tahina- 3 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Sal t- 1 tsp
Cooked pasta - 2 cups
Tuna - 1 tin
Lettuce - 4 cups chopped
Capsicum - 1 small chopped
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped

Kunafa dough - 500gm
Melted butter - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Thick fresh cream - 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
Sugar syrup-
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - of half a lemon
