If you are grinding the rice at late night.. You may transfer the batter into a pressure cooker. It will ferment very well without baking soda.. First heat the cooker slightly and pour the batter into it and lock the pressure. It will work in any weather conditions ❤... Much love♥️♥️... Take care of yourself and life in you... Cheese rolls i tried it with lottle variation though i fried the cheese rolls and sprinkled some sugar powder with little cinamon mixed in it and it tasted heavenly and got lot of appreciation for the taste.

I live in Dubai so weather is cold here too… what I do is I grind n keep it in the microwave overnight and ferments well by morning.. jst a suggestion 😊 and I love ur videos ❤ take care chechi

Next time if you have doubt about fermentation add salt mix and keep overnight... I follow this
