- Mixed grill platter, specially from any Turkish or Lebanese restaurants, that too dine in for their hot serve, is just something I look forward at least twice or thrice in a month. Its too juicy and delicious. The meat or the chicken will be delectable.
Hence created one from home and that was no less. Anything homemade is far better and healthy than eating out. Have included, kebabs, shish tawook, lamb chops, mutable, hummus, and more.

Chicken - 800-900 gm
Curd - 1 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - of half a lemon
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or more
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 cup chopped
Garlic - 4 cloves
LAMB:
Lamb - 900gm
Curd - 1 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Grated garlic - 1 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Lemon juice - of 1/2 a lemon
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
LAMB CHOPS - SAME AS ABOVE
VEGETARIAN OPTION : Button Mushroom, Paneer, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Potato

CHICKEN KEBAB :
Minced chicken - 1 kg
Parsley - a bunch chopped
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Mint leaves - few chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Garlic - 4 chopped
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Salt
VEGETARIAN OPTION : Grated Cauliflower with 1/2 cup maida

MINCED LAMB ( OR BEEF ) KEBAB - for 4 people
Minced lamb or beef - 500 gm
Parsley - a handful chopped
Coriander leaves - few chopped
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves chopped
Onion - 1 small chopped
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs if needed - 1 cup
VEGETARIAN OPTIONS - Soy Kheema with 1/2 cup maida

MOUTABEL / EGG PLANT DIP
Egg plant / Brinjal - 2 large
Tahini - 4 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 5 tbsp
Salt
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mint leaves - a few chopped ( 1 tbsp )
Garlic - 4 cloves grated

CHICK PEA HUMMUS
Chick peas - 1 cup + 1/2 cup of water it was cooking in ( add more if needed )
Tahini - 4 -5 tbsp
Garlic - 4
Lemon juice -of 1/2 - 1 lemon depending on your taste
Salt

CURD DIP
Curd - 1 - 1.5 cup
Tahini - 2 tbsp
Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - few for garnish

TABOULEH
Bulgur - 1/4 cup soaked in hot boiling water for 10 minutes
Parsley - 3 cups chopped
Cucumber - 1 - 2 chopped
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves - few chopped
Onion - 1 small chopped
Tomato - 1 small chopped without the seeds
