The time when I used to be people's people, or when I wanted to create a good impression about myself for the sake of others, I used to put a lot of pressure on whatever I did without enjoying it at the same time. And at the end, it converts to frustration. And the funny part or the sad part of getting frustrated is that we take it out on the people who love us the most. Be it our parents, partner, or even our little kids. Later we regret it. Don't you agree? I have come a long way from all these and I now know that creating an impression is just a waste of time and energy we have, that we could save for ourselves.
The best lesson I have ever learned on this fact that I mentioned above is " You don't have to make others happy to create an impression, their Happiness is their choice, and you have nothing to do with it. "
I was wondering, then why all these dramas.
Now if anything you see me doing for others is just because I AM happy doing it for myself.
Self-respect, Self-care, and Self-happiness are very important for mental health.
So stay Happy for you, not for others.

Sausages are not made with any waste... if it was then many would had fallen sick. So don't believe or speak myths.

In gulf countries chicken meat sausage is also available...that's the healthy option..we always use that one

If bananas are overipe, then best part is that we neednt add any sugar. If at all you want to add sugar, you can add 1/2 cup
