If you happen to need content, think about solving the various problems you found with your tent. Many of us are unable to run out and buy new gear. Retreating the waterproofing and making improvements to the set-up can be valuable information for those of us that enjoy recycling and improving a proven design.

I suffered the same leaking problem as you with my motorcycle tent a Vango Kairos 300 in Glencoe last Oct. Very frustrating, going to try a re-proof in better weather and if that doesn't work, it's a bucket job !

Reading some of the other comments I'm pleased to see that I'm not the only one who has been anxiously awaiting your next video. I do enjoy watching the videos you put up so it's been a long time between drinks. I just love watching the English countryside even if it is of places you have been before. I definitely love this little island camp spot. Regardless of whether it was a rush to get organised or not it is always nice to just get away for a nice break no matter how long or short the get away is. Thanks for another good video.

Young man, great to see you back. No1, do not change your style! A really good video. All modern tents with modern materials (last 25 years) suffer a lot from UV degradation, that’s the way it is. Nice one Richard and Ed. It was more glamping than camping though apart from the disaster with the tent, Heinz beans!! I've forgot what they taste like. It's Aldi or Lidl now and even the price of them is shooting up. Pleased you enjoyed your camp, sometimes just nice to chill.

No worries Richard. It did look pretty bad. Thank you for replying anyway. I’ve given him a go outdoors pop up tent and a tarp to cover it. So, he’s not without a starter tent. By the way, I made great use of your fire trough last weekend on a solo camp. Should have taken a picture for you as I had mine Dutch oven on it! Took a little o get to heat up but it really worked! I can't advise or help with the tent issue, but I reckon there maybe a follow up video, from yourself showing how you fixed it, or at least tried to. All the very best!
