The Empress of Austria's equestrian visit to Ireland

This is the story of Empress Elisabeth of Austria who visited Ireland twice in the late 1800’s to foxhunt. The Empress would have ridden in a sidesaddle and so this is also some of the story of sidesaddle in Ireland and it is not intended as a definitive guide to sidesaddle.
