While I would love to see two Vekoma coasters added to HP in the future, there is already speculation that when Hersheypark contracted with B&M to build Candymonium, there may already be a contract in place to add an additional two B&M coasters to the park. Some enthusiasts suggested that a B&M dive coaster is coming to HP next, followed by a B&M wing coaster or possibly a B&M surf coaster. I like diversity in parks so I am definitely onboard to see a Vekoma added to HP. I guess time will tell. Note: Hersheypark Enthusiast recently posted that Hersheypark has already acquired additional land across the road next to Candymonium. The terrain is hilly and there seems to be a lake or swamp on this land. Clearly, like you said in your video, Hersheypark has so much more expansion in its future. Great job on your videos! They use the pavilion for the kids stuff during Dark Nights and a Santa Meet & Greet at Christmas. It’s a nice shady place near some kiddie rides, which is pretty good for hot summer days. It doesn’t look the best as of now, which is a fair point
I’m also interested to see what they do with the old carousel pavilion. Right now they use it for seasonal shows and stuff but it would be really cool to see it enclosed. As much as I think Hershey needs a museum, I don’t think they care enough to add one.
Great video! As an FYI, there are rumors that Candymonium was part of a bundle purchase from B&M and that they might be contracted for 1 or 2 more coasters. Before Wildcat closed and the RMC was official, there was talk that Tidal Force might be on its last legs (key part replacement issue) and that area might be attractive for a Dive coaster, especially if they removed the wild mouse nearby. But then they got a source for repairs/parts for TF and with Wildcat’s Revenge coming later this year, I wouldn’t expect any announcements of another coaster until 2025 at the absolute earliest
I love all the ideas you have for the spaces in this park. One thing I’d add on to is that if they can’t get Vekoma to do the family launch coaster and tilt coaster, I’d say go back to B&M and get a dive coaster. It’s compact enough to fit over there and could have some interesting interactions with Candymonium and the surrounding area.
I desegre with the Vekoma tilt because Hershey does not like to pick up on the new type of rides instead they go for rides that people like and age well.
I really need to get to ride one of the new Vekomas. Being most familiar with what they are infamous for - Boomerangs, SLCs, other looping coasters using the MK-1200 (Arrow) track profile, I get a headache every time you say Vekoma (and you say Vekoma a lot in this video). This needs to change. 🤣 Now... where's my Ibuprofen?
Deep down, thoosies know Hershey's next new thrill coaster will be a mid sized B&M coaster. Like a sub hyper dive coaster, or a Surf Coaster.

Rumored they have a three coaster deal with B&M. So they tilt would actually be a B&M dive.
