I'm still waiting for my replacement disc. I finally got my replacement disc on the 13th of March. Took nearly 4 months for Arrow to send me a replacement disc. Shambolic customer service.

Great video mate, in regards to your comment about the Hong Kong Legends slip cases.
HKL's released The Big Boss with a slip case, they were meant to expand on the original releases. They came with 2 discs instead of the one.
They never released a slip case edition for Way of the Dragon

Thanks for the information. I do have TBB and WOTD two disc platinum editions but obviously no slips. I vaguely remember seeing the two disc version of TBB with slipcase in HMV years ago. I had no idea they didn’t do a slip for WOTD. A bit strange. Still awaiting for my replacement disc. Going to watch ‘The Final Game Of Death’ again as soon as it arrives.

I've had correspondence from them but I've know idea when it will arrive 🤦♂️

Same i got wrong second disc Way of The Dragon no The Final Game Of Death brought from HMV i just seen it now didn't even notice.
You can get a replacement disc. Link is in description. Arrow customer service is a total nightmare to deal with. Check my recent ‘Short’ out nearly 4 months to get the disc. Shambolic. Thanks for commenting. Have a great Easter 💪
I got my replacement disc for Way Of the Dragon (Final GOD), after receiving notification from Hmv. Took a while but it arrived.
Was told I was on the list for a replacement disc on the 20th of November. Contacted them after new year to see when I would get my disc to be told basically its not been ordered for you. After several days of going and forth now been told 'Hi Antony, I have now raised this with the relevant team. We should have an update on this soon' I really hope so. Total shambles. Did you order yours from Arrow directly?
I finally got my replacement disc last week I kid you not. Absolutely shambolic service from Arrow Video. Will be in no rush to order from them again… if ever.
@@30plusfitnesstv dam, that's awful service. Their prices are creeping up as well. I'd be the same. Extremely cautious in future ordering from Arrow.
Nice informative video on these sets. I just picked them all up this week from HMV and it appears that they are still selling copies of TWOTD with the incorrect disc 🤦🏻♂️ This is poor from HMV considering they acknowledged this issue some months ago now. I’m not looking forward to contacting Arrow after all the stories I’ve heard.

I got the Arrow box set , to watch 5 of the Blu Ray discs i had to buy a region free or a multi region Blu Ray player , i lucky enough to get one from a store located in the State Of Illinois through Ebay , yes it was worth it , I sort wish Arrow made all the discs 4K , then all would be needed is a 4K player , but i guess it would be a more pricy package .good video here thumps up 👍.
Thanks for the kind words. I’ve been region free since the early 90s. You guys in the US were getting all the best releases on dvd and normally uncut. Sadly that was not the case here. I would have liked Arrow to have done a special feature within the box set on the BBFC and the cuts they made to Bruce’s movies. Whole sections were removed. I first got to see the fights uncut from bootlegs of the American video tapes. Then I bought a laserdisc player around 94. The Arrow boxset is fantastic. I thought criterion might have released their own 4K box set. But they would need something special to get the hardcore Bruce Lee fans to buy them again. Maybe if criterion could get the rights to ‘The Orphan’ that would be amazing. I’m not sure how much more footage is out there now. Let’s see what 2024 holds for us.
Real stupid of them to edit the art work removing the nunchaku when the customer is paying for a collectors set for their own private use.
I don't care what people say, Game of Death II is NOT a Bruce Lee movie and shouldn't be part of the set regardless of them using actual snippet's of Bruce Lee.
That was the way it was back in the day. Couldn’t even show nunchaku on a poster due to the clowns at the BBFC. Thankfully those days are long gone. I like GOD II as a kung fu movie. It’s far better than GOD 78 in that respect. Have you watched the Korean version of GOD II? It’s weird just a couple of shots of Bruce which makes no sense. . And it’s meant to be set in Sicily. I didn’t know there was so many Japanese / Korean temples there 🤣

@@30plusfitnesstv happy new year from Ireland pal, i preordered from amazon uk, also RaveWaves, who #Qoute told me that it's in transit and on the way, way of the dragon 🙄 I'm a martial artist 15years still doing it today bruce lee inspired me so much throughout my life and still does to this very day, have all the original rank video library versions out of the UK, on both betamax and vhs, enter the dragon is uncut in the big book like case, and fist of fury, way of the dragon and game of death were butchered, my good friend's father was in the army, around 91/92 and served in the Lebanon, and brought back the big boss, fist of fury, way of the dragon, enter the dragon, although they didn't come in case's, they are like a blank vhs, only when you took out enter the dragon, it came with a poster, the others have lobby cards for each movie, all totally uncut, accept the big boss, i still have my copies, every hk legends release single also platinum, way of the dragon is the only movie with no hard outer cover, then my medium rare blu Ray versions double sided sleeve, the O. G style rank video library sleeve, and newly commissioned art work, now I have arrow 4k Ultra HD, i honestly have to admit i preordered the 50th anniversary of my favourite bruce lee movie enter the 4k Ultra HD ultimate edition, and boy was ENTER THE DRAGON MADE FOR A 4K RELEASE, the colours are popping, the sound crisp and clear, best release to date in my honest opinion, and i have quite a few copies, stay safe my friend supporting from Ireland 💯🙏🍀🇮🇪🙏💯#usingnowayaswayhavingnolimitionaslimition

The log scene is in the final game of death. I finally got my replacement disc last week after nearly FOUR months of being messed around by Arrow customer services. If you order TWOTD edition you should get the correct disc now👍 thanks for commenting and please subscribe to the channel✌️
I know The Big Boss from HK legends got a 2 disc slip cover edition. I’ve still got him knocking about.
I'll keep my eyes out for those slipcover editions on eBay. I remember the WOTD one being hard to find even without the slip cover. Had to buy a rough second hand one years ago.
The Way of the Dragon HK Legends Special Edition did have a slipcover if I remember. It was released as a 2 disc special in commemoration of Bruce Lee’s 30th anniversary of his passing. It’s a silhouette case similar to the Game of Death one. I know because I had it. Sadly, I got rid of all my martial arts DVDs back in the day otherwise I could have just gifted you it.
@@Lazfah thanks for the information. I’ve got both platinum editions of ‘The Big Boss’ and ‘Way Of The Dragon’ but no slipcases. I was pretty skint in 2003 after my time in Hong Kong in the last few months of 2002. That might have had something to do with me picking them up later.

LOTS and LOTS of dented boxes. Not what you want when you've paid £130. Facebook groups were full of posts about it. Arrow never said anything. Thankfully my set from HMV came in perfect condition.
Its a shame the people at Arrow in charge of packaging and distribution dont share the same care and attention as the people who worked on these products. I heard theyre not even going to replace the discs but instead are offering £10 store credit 😡
Did your Big Boss book turn up by the way? Still waiting on mine. Ive seen most people got theirs on Thurs. Even Charles Damiano in America got his before me 😂
We’ve been told by HMV yesterday that Arrow are doing a replacement disc program. I’ve sent them messages via Facebook and their own website. They certainly don’t make it easy to contact them. I did hear about the £10 store credit nonsense. Unacceptable. Not when the WOTD is £18-£22. I’m just finishing editing my Big Boss unboxing video. Got mine on Thursday I think. Hope yours arrives soon 👍

Wish the slipcovers were the side opening ones. I prefer those. I really hope Arrow replaces the Arrow Way of the Dragon 2nd disc since people paid for the Final Game of Death documentary.
I love the slipcases you get from 88 films. A case like that would have made the release even better. Still no idea why 'Fist Of Fury' didn't come with a second disc. They all cost the same. Hopefully we will get word from Arrow soon. It shouldn't take this long to inform customers. My feelings just send us 'The Final Game Of Death' in a two disc case so we can put those docs with 'Fist Of Fury' Like I said should happen in the first place lol
Got an email from HMV. They’re dealing with it through Arrow.
Hopefully HMV can get them to take action. It's been a week at least now. Can't take a full week to sort a replacement program out. I'll be in no rush to buy from Arrow again. #arrowvideo
