@obxemt yea our older rescue-engine has a q that winds down forever sucks when we roll up on a car wreck and have it pretty tight but got to love the sound our first out engine has a c5-a i think not a q2b sounds like crap but it gets the job done
Nice ladder, but it's pretty obvious that the bearings (or something like that) are going in the Q, making it sound less-than amazing. Maybe they should get it repaired, if they haven't already.
The Q on the truck sucks. It has nothing to do with how it is activated or technique. The new ones just don't sound the same as the old ones. I don't know if they become "broken in" with time or what as the bearings become worn, but new Q2Bs do not sound like they should.
