As a 60 years old man who broke each and everyone of these rules, I can tell that they are true. Advice for the young: do not be fooled by anything else. Follow these rules by the letter. If it means losing somebody, so be it. They were not worthy.

I think one can let go mentally if he or she is unable to walk away from the house if you don't have anywhere to go especially if you have little children.

Accept the things you look at as disappointing in life and be happy that now you understand that once you accept it and know it will make you a stronger and better person you will start being happier. Then start doing different things that are challenging, otherwise you won't be making any progress in life. All the best. Only you can make things happen.
