In a world obsessed with multitasking, the idea of embracing deep work and eliminating distractions really struck a chord with me. Can't wait to start implementing this.

The idea of being the 'bouncer' of your mind’s inputs is such a valuable concept in today’s world of constant distractions. We need more of this wisdom to navigate the overwhelming noise of modern life. Stoic lessons for the win!

Marcus Aurelius’ insight that 'your mind will take the shape of what you frequently hold in thought' really makes me rethink my mental habits. How often do we feed ourselves with negativity without realizing it? This video is a game-changer.

Your neural system is bound by habits. Practice regularly in a 24 hour schedule makes man perfect. Value your thoughts to analyse where from they are coming; ancient wisdom, parents care, ancient inheritance of cause and affect relationship.
With global village concept, isolation of SELF required on daily basis ; both for immersing self and refine on past experience. Definately give solutions. As each review we do , do so with more experience. This also give better isolation in future of self. As a disturbing thoughts can not give better focus. That is going beyond body limits, become part of conscious cosmic energy. 🙏
