Love the recording! The drive to the property and at the end too, seeing a bit of the village, such a nice idea. Perfect little bolt hole / weekend retreat, would also make for a good rental investment. What do you think the rental income could be Paula / Marlin?
As a investment for short staying like alojamento rural, i'm sure that the profit will be always higher than by monthly rental. But with that comes also the assumption of the cleaning work and other's, done by yourself or by other's.

Для Фабрицио. Остался последний шаг. Тебе надо настроить камеру . Линзы должны быть чистыми .Это пишут многие зрители уже не первый раз. Настроить баланс белого и цветовую температуру ( на первых кадрах у Паолы кожа неестественно оранжевого цвета). Любой источник света в кадре вызывает засветку и делает всю картинку "белесой". Белая блузка дает светящееся пятно с размытыми контурами в кадре. Может быть тебе надо изменить способ замера экспозиции или ввести экспокоррекцию. Или обратиться за консультацией к специалисту, может быть к кому то из блогеров , которым вы не создадите конкуренцию.
