Could you please explain why the two properties cannot be separated?
If you notice the courtyard was quite as a comum in both houses, and the owners are cousins, to the sell will happen with both houses.
In the future for someone who sell it, can sell separately as each one as their own main water and eletricidade independent.

Water has been running down that road and soaking that wall for years, it's black, damp and moldy, not a quick fix.
Hello, if you see in the road there are water drenage, saving the rain of going to the house. The structure of that old house is in stone with a full concrete cover with about 1,5cm. Give a close look in the pictures and you will understood better the condition. But prevention as to be always in consideration.

If you find any that need less work it would be good to see them. Also please include price, land boundary drawings and location it's particularly frustrating having to search for prices.I think your channel would look better than others that don't include these details. keep the videos coming thanks.
As Paula said, there is a large drainage grate across the road, can be seen in the video. The house has no cutters and downspouts so rain water will splash on the ground and onto the house. Easy fix with gutters.
