That jailers house is a GOLD MINE!!!!! Refurbish the jail cells and rent them out to people who want to spend the night in a jail cell and be treated like a criminal! $250 a night EASY MONEY!!!
Lol I was thinking the exact same thing
You could even make it themed
Hot female jailer men locked in a cell and can't actually reach.
A Spanking Discount for Seniors! LOL
Not to mention Halloween possibilities.
😂
Serial Killers wet dream.
Just remember all of these quirky collections in these houses go with the owners when they sell and move. They’re not going to leave their collections behind. Whether it be clowns or mannequins, if someone’s taken years to collect something, they’re not gonna leave it with the house. And you’re exactly right about the one with the jail cells, refurbish them, and turn them into some kind of a B&B. People will pay top dollar to stay in old jail cells!
As usual here, no truth in advertising. Some of the homes DID sell!!! And none were particularly scary.
About 30 years ago a friend of mine bought a seemingly normal home. Just after closing, it was discovered that the son of the previous owners had committed suicide by gunshot in the basement (it's why they were selling). When my friend's parents found out, they were VERY upset, urged him to consult a lawyer about undoing the sale. He says- "No way! It's a GREAT price in a great area!"
Later I helped him with removing some partition walls in the basement, only to discover a layer of what looked like freeze-dried instant coffee crystals under the 2x4 walls. Hint- Was NOT coffee! A little mopping, good as new.
A relative decades ago bought a house and to find out a 8 year old died in the bathtub...
I used that washroom and I felt strange in there and was drawn to the tub..I told my Dad and he said dont use it again!! My cousins and sister went in there and it was a strange feeling, they all felt it...We were never told the story until we were 15 plus years old...I am not one to believe in the afterlife, but I really dont know after that odd feeling in that house..
My friend (& his girlfriend) would often feel a slight chilly breeze when they were at the top of the basement steps, despite the house being sealed tight. His take on it? "It's a cool bit of AIR!! So what!!"
Not exactly "Poltergeist"!@@mypronouniswtf5559
I bought a house in a little town in Iowa, about 40 min from Omaha. I lived there for four years, and "funny" things would be happening like strange noises and bangs. Keys and other things going missing. One day I was at the little store and when these two women found out which house I lived in, they looked at each other. The cashier who I was friends with told me that the old guys wife had died, and two years later he had died at home. That didn't bother me, as my dad also had died at home. But what the realtor DIDN'T tell me was that the man committed suicide!! I was pissed! By that time I had already lived in the house three years. I called the Iowa Board of Realtors, because the realtor who sold me the house never told me about the suicide, and they're attitude was like "So?"" I stayed another year and then moved. I was under the impression that that was supposed to be disclosed while looking at the house? The town is really really small about three hundred people and I found out that there had been at least nine suicides over the years........glad I left! lol 😊
It actually amazing that some of those houses sold!!! Especially the one in Devon, must of cost hundreds of thousands to fix that up!!!
When we became "empty nesters" and decided to sell our 4 bedroom/3 bath, 3800 sq ft home, the realtor refused to list the house until I moved all the furniture out except the master bedroom and minor kitchen utensils... We were having an 800 sq ft cabin built on new our property so we put 90% of it in the front yard with "FREE" signs... We didn't have to move it or store it! 😂😂😂
I've done the same thing!
Same here!@@seameology
The Michael Myers house pics were pretty clever & it seems the owners were just having some fun.
And having the knife rack above the stove missing a knife was a good touch.
There is an actual replica of the Meyers home from Halloween in North Carolina. I met the owners at a horror convention. The interior design is modern but the exterior is a replica of the house in the movie (like the beginning when the home is taken care of). They've even made a little fan film and screen Halloween outside during Halloween.
Omg! Jail in basement!!
Torture sex chamber..
Nothing really that creepy. The houses are just full of other people's junk.
With a clean up and fresh paint, it can be to your liking ..
So they DID sell.
That was interesting and the pace of showing houses was great! Kept me watching!!! Awesome job!
@ashleyspitzer6672 - The houses are really interesting, as are the little bits of historical information he throws in. Instead of "clickbait", a nicer way to put it is that you'd like more accurate titles for the videos.
Hello Rena
Thanks kyle
hi Kyle good to see you nice home, s but sad that they are lift behind hope someone will buy the homes great job on the videos good to hear about the story of the place, s ❤️ you guys be safe out there
New subscriber.., great stuff .. ❤😊
Omg my sister would love that!
Wow!
That jail house is actually a decent find
That's sick!
No way 4million!!
My grandfather use to make them.
Why is it going so cheap
Would love any of these
Pretty
Wow, creepy, THANKS FOR INVITING US FOR YOUR JOURNEY...😏
$20.
Your title suggests people wouldn't buy these homes, but it appears that all of them did sell. As for the interior decor, that's what the previous owner liked, you won't get to keep any of the collections or furniture, and you can repaint. (seems like a bit of click bait, to me).
Beautiful houses , they only need good taste and love .
😘😘🇵🇹
The clown house has nothing on my husbands ex mother in law’s house covered in pig stuff, every inch inside except the ceiling. Waited for my stepkids in the car and counted the pigs just in the front yard. over 50 just from what I could casually see.
Should turn in to a bed and breakfast
Sure would nice if those mannequins came alive after midnight
Who says they don't?
I know that has to be a copper bowl on the counter...but it lookes like a persons face peeping back at the camera @ min. 2:46 of the video. 😮
Tacky! Tacky! And a British house needs a wrecking ball.
To be fair, I guess "7 Unusual Real Estate Listings, 5 of Which Sold" wasn't a very catchy title.
If they stated the addresses they might sell.
Haunted AF
The only house I definitely wouldn't buy is the pigeon poop house. The buyer must have been desperate to buy it above the asking price.
Nope! Not living in filth.
I would like to buy
Deceiving title I guess they all sold. What the big deal they can take all their collection.
Sick
Leave the house ,but I'll take the dolls !
Sounds like loneliness😊
i love the jail house. i would live there. as i could fil my zombie movies there. as make zombie videos. from time to time. i was a walker at alexandria. that was my favorite place i have been a zombie. and the mannequins. i love it. my house has mannequins. i have a life size batman in my living room. i have shown it in videos. i also have hot life size dolls and mannequins. and i have zombie heads on mannequin heads on shelves. my place rules.
None of the houses sold cheap and the uniqueness was a goldmine.
The fact that you reverse pics so you uqve more pictures, i guess.
I also live with a couple of clowns
I think that clown is famous comedian Red Skelton
Proves how crazy people are…😂😂😂😂
Wouldn't want any of these if they gave them away for free. 😗😜😜😝😝😝😜😝😜😝😖
In the Michael Myers home they are letting you know some crazy old white dude who was neglected by his folks is going to get yo ass
The title is a bit dishonest.
Homes can't sell? Yet most of them already sold for over 100k.
All of these have serial killer vibes...
So, except for 2 they all sold? Click bait is alive and well.
These homes are sold. Whatever
Do you even know what "extremely cheap" means?
What!? They sell. U need to redo your titles!!
Your title is a lie.
