hey everyone todays video is all about the craziest or most odd looking mansions for sale right now! All these homes have a very unique design and are either about to go on the market or they're having trouble selling on the market. These homes aren't for the most average people haha so Either way are these homes that any of you guys would live in? comment down below!

Why aren't there more pictures for each house?
As far as the first one, if you advertise it as a castle, it damn well better look like one, not four different style houses glued together. You are getting a clientele that want EXACTLY what you’ve advertised, so you’re shooting yourself in the foot and wasting your advertising money because the princesses are NOT getting their fantasy. It’s eclectic if anything. Tell the truth and they will come.
Really like the Water-tower house and the Min Town int he mountains. Always great stuff. Keep Orange Crushing it Kyle!
There are tons of great church conversions around the world, some of the best are in France, England and Italy...there is a great water tower conversion for sale in London...

A good friend of mine, from my high school days, owned The Castle on Smith Lake. I lived there with him for a summer. Would even repel down the side of the house and sneak around the invisible fence when we we young.
My favorite part is the hidden office entrance that leads to the 3rd floor. The dungeon is a nice touch but never used.

The current asking price is more than 3 times what the video says. In Santa Barbara, a 1000 square foot condo is a million dollars.
Actually, I would describe the outside appearance of that first house as “eclectic“ not “electric.“ 😉
I absolutely love these houses!! I would have liked to see the kitchens. And I would live in any of these and I wouldn't make any changes.

I've always been called weird, because I love the weird stuff in life. Out of all these homes though, I think I'd like the water tower one. I'd definitely be redecorating, but its the only location I'm not opposed to.

I guess I have bad taste because I adore most of these, less the blob looking house, and the whale house combo, and that's just because I can't imagine keeping those rocks dust free. Oh, I'd also be repainting that atrocious pink thing.

Love those homes you showed!! Having gone to Sweden to visit an old college friend from there, I also went to Stockholm & into old Stockholm. Sweden is a beautiful country & very, very clean!! Wish I'd known about the house then so I could have looked for it. Would have been so cool if it had been up for sale when I went 5 years ago where if I'd known about the house it might have been possible to view the house on the inside. All of those houses/places would be really cool to view & see inside!! I really like the whale(?) house!!😊❤

The cottage in Martha's Vineyard is nice but would have to be completely repainted.

Why do you think that the smithlake house is ugly? My wife grew up in goodhope and attended school there she’s always talked about the smithlake house and the old road I believe she called it old 69 that goes under the water, anyway she would tell me about swimming out there as a kid!!

It was very well done. But 700 sq. Ft. Is two rooms! That place is tiny! I can’t imagine a half million for a two room house.

I could see quite a number of people would love to own the western town property. If I had about ten million I would probably would really considered buying it.

The Whale House sounds like the perfect place for an introvert to live while staying in good shape
I've heard of 3 bedroom ranches costing over a million in California. Therefore, I rather like the Whale house. One thing which gives me pause, where do you even start where routine maintenance is concerned? If I call a repairman or contractor, will they be as confused as I am? Frank Lloyd Wright turned out some beauties which turned out to be nightmares when it came to maintaining and restoring them.

Not sure where my comment went, but the New York property with pirate ship is selling for $649k not less then $300k.
Perhaps you meant to refer to the exterior of the Smith Lake Castle "eclectic" or "eccentric", NOT "electric". 🤨 The Gingerbread Cottage in Martha's Vineyard isn't just pink; it's Pepto Bismol Pink! 🤮 The Swedish Water Tower Home, however, is AWESOME! ❤

Homes nobody will buy for any price and then shows homes for sale at 2.1 million.
That’s the problem with these custom homes. They were one person’s dream, but no one else’s. If they can’t be remodeled easily, there’s no way to change it from the builder’s dream. If I’ve got $2 million to buy a home, I’m not buying into some weird nightmare house with 15 staircases.

Oaks Bluff is full of "gingerbread" houses. This house is not unique in the slightest.

These would all make interesting homes. I enjoyed the video but the voice over is terrible. It's either AI or a person trying to sound like an AI. The weird pauses and emphasis on the wrong parts was very distracting.
