@@Monique-mn9of Hi :) Ye the issue is that "regular" most veggies and fruits are mass produced in soil that already lacks nutrients. So even if they appear green and you prepare them the right way, the nutriional value is sub-par and you would need at least x3 or x4 as much to get your daily dose of healthy vitamins and minerals. Organic growth is strict and often not as mass-produced as the regular ones. And also contains less pesticides(which is linked to various conditions, like Parkinson's) Then there's another thing you should know about your body being able to take in the vitamins and minerals from healthy food, because many people have weak gut bacteria, and when that balance is out of whack you can have all sorts of issues with the stomach and disgestion, as well as properly digest the food and its nutriional value. The gut bacteria are amazing, and a good working gut brings you great health. I am talking about "probiotics". I am using them myself and it has brought me great health benefits. I am using a brand called Jarrow, and I bought the one with the most bacteria 50 billion. In case you're into becoming more healthy. Hello and thank you. Some say that soaking vegetables in water for more than a few minutes to wash them before cooking reduce dramaticallly the amount of vitamine (vit escape in the water) I'm a bit lost🤔😐 who is right???
It is true that soaking vegetables in water for an "extended" period can cause some water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C and some B vitamins, to leach out of the vegetables and into the water. Baking broccoli is a delicious and healthy way to prepare this nutrient-rich vegetable. Baking broccoli can help to enhance its flavor, texture, and nutritional value. To bake broccoli, start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the broccoli into florets and toss them in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can also add other seasonings such as garlic powder or paprika for added flavor. Spread the seasoned broccoli evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it is tender and lightly browned on the edges. Be sure to stir the broccoli once or twice during baking to ensure even cooking. Baked broccoli is a great side dish for a variety of meals and can also be used in other dishes such as casseroles or pasta dishes. It is also a great source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other nutrients that are important for overall health. Overall, baking broccoli is a healthy and tasty way to prepare this nutritious vegetable, and can be a great addition to any diet.
Simple solution! Boil veggies like normal and drink the water after. Nothing goes to waste. Boiled Broccoli water is hardest to drink because it has alot of pulp left over lolz

What about baking brocolli?
