what a great vid, broken down, pointed for someone seeking discipline, so many are lost with quick fix workouts, seminars , and so on, first thing I always preach is, you must know who you are taking advice from. you want someone real, experienced, and knowledgeable, this guy has that, learn from those who have walked the path before you, not from someone who shows you a path they cannot walk themselves..........

Find opportunity to do Downtime practice- do box breathing, increase self-awareness, play the role of the observer.
Training session - practice breathing during the workout. Take the time before the workout to get your head cleared. Visualize the successfully completing the workout. Maintain a positive attitude via mantra or positive self talk.
Evening practice - reframe anything you didn't like happening during the day. Extract the good out of it and find the silver lining.

What did he mean at the end by "keeping in mind it's the journey that's most important not the destination"?

jananni123456789 life isn't about death or that last accomplishment.
It's about progress and enjoying the journey on the way there.
Basic component of stories and the challenges they go through are the story told.

It's about the experience and development along the way, not where you are at the end.

The achievement of your goal is more like a release, because at that point the journey is ended.
But without a disciplined journey that honors you, you have no achievement - and it is in the trials of the journey that you actually learn.
Success rarely teaches you anything. Failure is what shapes future behavior, because it forces you to adapt to the correct algorithm and self-correct.
