I love, LOVE this type of meditation and it keeps me focus. It's playful with all the different layers of practice, and each step has it's own skills built in.

Mark I'm wondering about the exhale - what I've read (I haven't read a lot, just more or less starting on this, maybe a month in) says to exhale through the nose but you say do it through the mouth. Do you think it matters and if so why do you go with mouth exhalation? Thanks.
I was having anxiety and I did this I feel so different and like I emptied my stressful mind , my anxiety is gone 🙏🏼
