    Well said. Sleep is critical. If you want to have cancer, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, be obese, and not be able to get an erection, then don't sleep.

    Float therapy, Kundalini method, tesla slept extremely lower levels and still did the greatest things, supplements based on a weekly blood test, Same blood test shows nutrition based on self ethnic, anthropological genetic studies. Biological factors play a role too, still learning and doing nootropics studies. *Gasp* what if.. maybe just maybe we consider thinking about HOW to get by on less sleep. From a scientific perspective.

    Lmaoo well i failed at that today i havnt slept in 24 hours and have an 8 hour shift in 30 min. So i guess the plus side is when i succeed today it'll be great to crash face first into my bed tonight!
    But hes 100% right, sleep is crucial to personal performance and success!

    Wich is the minimal amount of sleep recomended?

      I don't want to speak for Kirk, but he usually recommends at least 7 hours for most people. 8 is better.

      @@sealfit what if I wanna be able to get out my comfort zone and not sleep . Like workout being sleep deprived.
