- Everyone calls them "Nunchucks", but "Shuangjiegun" is the appropriate name (雙 Shuang = rope, 節 Jie = to join, 棍 Gùn = stick, pronounced "shan-jia-goon").
Although last time I played with Nunchuks was more than 10 years ago, this video proves that the benefits of martial arts training can last over the time.

@@martialartsexplained-real Hey, I got a question, I saw a show about Baji Quan and it has two moves called “Scaling Tiger” and “Cannon In The Sky”. Are they a real move in Bajo?
Scaling Tiger is basically using your palm and slamming it against your opponent’s head causing their brain to die. Cannon in the Sky is thrusting two fists at the same time onto your opponent’s chest.

My calves are so small
Help me..
If you (and I, I would say) have small calves, there's not much you can do. Especially if your training involves a lot of cardio (especially running: it shrinks calves). But - hey - take a look at a Grasshopper (if you have a chance): his upper legs are MASSIVE, although his lower legs are just two toothpicks. But look at how HIGH and FAST he can jump. So, do you care about the look of your calves, or their effective ability to support you in your movements...?
It has been 2 months…. You still can’t find a sparring partner? I am not rushing you, I am just sayin. I can’t wait for the another Baji video
