Midi-length skirt based on an actual star chart
3 layer skirt: see-thru constellation layer, white gauze layer, white liner
Set the lights to On, Twinkle, or Off
Some assembly required to make the stars twinkle
White gauze layer has 30 elastic snap tabs to which you attach the lights
Gauze layer also provides diffusion
Pocket for battery pack inside waistband
Grommet with fabric tube hides wiring leading from battery pack
3 strands of white EL wire lights - 15 ft. long each
Over 250 total lights!
3" tall comfy elastic waist
Materials: 100% polyester
Care Instructions: Remove all electronics before cleaning. Machine wash cold. Line dry.

With fresh batteries, the lights will remain lit for over 3 days!
In twinkle mode, each strand of LED wire lights will turn on and off

see now THAT would warrant a $50 pricetag. I adore TG and This is a beautiful skirt..but the video basically shows everyone they can DIY for about half that..Not rhe best idea. hopefully next time they'll use your idea :)

I just had this as a Christmas gift today and I'm in love
I had to add a few stitches here and there because the lights were dipping below the hemline, plus it added a bit of security so my daughter could wear it and not worry about it. It's looks great.
use the led copper sting lights to do it , it is great ...also we can offer it if you need as free !

Seems like there ought to be a layer of skirt between the wires and your skin... having those brushing against me would get irritating and ticklish.

if im not mistaken, led lights have very little heat if any to them, so it wouldnt burn if you wore it! :>
these type of lights generate little to no heat......and they are not directly next to your skin

I bought this skirt. It worked beautiful, at first for about an hour. Couldn't get it to work after that, cheap wires, so bummed. Not worth the price. No help from the company. Don't waste your time and money:(

@@scrapingskies I bought through ThinkGeek website. I don't think they sell it anymore. It was a great idea but didn't work, lots of negative reviews, which is too bad because it was a great idea. I think it was cheaply made 😡
