Thanks for Sharing your Aweeesome!!👍🏽 Video Tutorial 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and my Granddaughter’s waist is 21” at age 7 and she will be 8 yrs old in October but I never made her a Fluffy Tutu using the Crochet headband only Elastic and I’m Dying to Learng how bcuz I really don’t know what size to cut it and I’ve Searched all over the Internet and I still got Nothing Ugh!!🤦🏽♀️ so I just Gave up🤷🏽♀️
Don't give up! I'd say make it the same size as her waist and know that the sequine elastic will stretch 2x so it will grow with her too. I hope that's helpful! She also sounds like the perfect age to work on a craft like this together with her! :) have fun. :)
