We Follow These Steps:
!. Calibration for measurement to insure a uniform product.
2. Calibration sanding to 10/1000's of an inch!
3. Then the wood goes under one of our eight applicator rolls.
4. Instant cure of finish by one of 8 UV lights
5. We have eight curing chambers.
6. Then comes the final top coat.
7. Next, the final UV curing.
8..It then goes through a final HAND inspection
9. Product is packed--top layer upside down for added protection.

4. What are the average lengths of the planks.
The answer to questions 1 through 3 is easy. You want all of these things to be done in none other than the U.S.A. , but our neighbors to the North in Canada are O.K. fer sure! And, of course our exotic wood flooring is harvested in its native country.
Sometimes raw logs are shipped to China for this process. When this happens, you lose your quality, AND you will find yourself with short lengths when it comes time to install your floor.
Our product also contains NO formaldehyde or VOC;s (solvents that are released into the air as the finish dries )(bad stuff). By milling and finishing it here in the U.S.A., we can oversee those processes and ensure quality control along with your safety.
