கருப்பு பூலூர் கஞ்சி / Black Glutinous Rice Pudding / Tamil/ August 2020/Vegan/ Bubur Pulut Hitam

This is a pudding which is very famous in Malaysia.
It is made from Thai black glutinous rice.The aroma and taste is simply amazing.I have given detailed cooking instructions in my video.Please do try this easy recipe and let me know how is it.

1..Thai Black Glutinous Rice(Pulut Hitam): 1 Cup(200grams)
2..Water : 6 cups
3..Coconut Milk : 2 Cups
4..Sugar : 1 1/2 Cups
5..Pandan Leaves :3
6..Salt : 1/2 Teaspoon
