I have missed your videos and love your enthusiasm. You always bring such joy and excitement to every property you review. Please keep making these viewos as it allows my mind to see these lovely little gems with a fresh perspective. THANK YOU!
Maggie, imagine my surprise when I recognized your voice while watching Pluto TV here in America! I only caught 2 episodes and I hope there are more. Please make more! It's my dream to buy an old Irish cottage! Blessings 🌻🏡
This place has such charm and potential. I just dream when I watch your videos. Someone could convert the business building into an Irish dance studio...so many possibilities!
Love love love this house ❤❤ from the beautiful orignal flooring still being intact, the huge windows, the fact that it has heating and an electric board, I can't get over the door knobs by far one of my favourite things, there is so much potential!! Love seeing your videos, love your laugh and enthusiasm, such a joy to watch and listen to!! 😊
In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not strongly reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments.
This is true. Particularly in the stock market. There are several opportunities to generate excellent returns, but such intricate transactions can only be carried out by seasoned market professsionals.
This is impressive. Would love to grow my reserve regardless of the economy situation, my 401k has lost everything accrued since early 2019, at this point, I'm in need of guidance, can you point me?
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
7 mo later...great property. I would usually prefer to live in the country but when I looked out the front window in the first bedroom and saw those quaint little shops across the street and a plaza and what looked like a little church and peaceful streets outside, I felt like I had gone back in time and it was beautiful! The back could be a separate studio if zoned. Wonder whatever happened to it by now. It would be fun to go back and see what's happened to these properties months and a year more later.
Missed you &your colleague on your TV series,Maggie.Glad to find you on You Tube, over here in the U.S. Your enthusiasm is catching.Maybe I'll be back one day,and buy something, with your advice..God Bless!
You are just the sweetest most energetic person I’ve ever seen! The house is a bit over priced to be honest! But I’m sure you would show us some more less expensive gems in beautiful Ireland ❤
While this one doesn't make my heart sing straight out of the gate, I would still love to dig in and start uncovering all her original features. I'm itching to strip paint, polish brass, and tear out that carpet!
When you came in from outside, and looked toward the stairs, we notice the step up before the stairs. There would have been a frosted glass partition with single door there, in ages past. The upstairs was for family only, guests not allowed. I don't know the date that this house was built, but Georgian windows were tall and held mullion windows , that is twelve over twelve glasses per window. Later the window would have six over six. And in 1880's two over two. And later 1890's one over one sash. Original window glass was not perfectly flat, lots of waves and bubbles. That's how you can tell how old they are. What's disappointing about this home, there is no lawn or tree. It seems to be all tarred parking area. Is any of the land part of the sale or just the building. Interiors can be changed. If it were mine,I'd take the bldg out back and put a kitchen there and where the kitchen is now, would become the dining room and a powder room...e
Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé...............
Can i ask, if a place is sold by auction, is it a cash only sale? Or do you need an investment loan secured? I have a investment amount but I'm scared of bidding then price gets out of my league.
In July here in Ireland average on new mortgages was 2.8%=4th highest in the EU but falling. The ECB has announced increases into next year so could be as high as 3% in the Euro zone then.
@@greenknitter they went from something like 3% to 7% here in the US. A house that cost $300,000 now costs something like 450... When paying with the mortgage.
So ..I'm Irish American, fed up with Americans and politics, lies etc . It's crazy here, I'm looking to buy in Ireland, want a small farm, is it a good time to buy?
@@greenknitter There's not much original to it like apart from some doors, skirting, architrave & ground floor living room coving. The rest of it, even the old stuff like windows & ground floor fireplace have been bodged in, and most original features gutted or spoiled. @@lordracula2461 She said original pitch pine flooring also and the spindle staircase upstairs. Lovely high ceilings too. The price is reflective of Aughrim being in Wicklow and the scenic Valley of the Wicklow mountains, and hour and a half drive to Dublin. What a house is worth is what someone is prepared to pay for it. You get nothing whatsoever anywhere in Wicklow for €100k. I know, I've been getting ready to sell my house and looking for other properties on the market.
@@greenknitter Correct! That's why i don't live anywhere near a major city, I couldn't see any value in this property compared to rural places. I don't live in ireland of course, I come from a remote rural area in Scotland and that is what these properties sell for here, only my personal opinion of what it's worth to me of course. Would be surprised if most irish people would pay that price for this condition of house though
Every house you show on the TV show is in terrible condition all the damage from water who wants to always have to fix everything? Doesn't anybody in Ireland go into a house that's already fixed up? My God the houses are all weird inside tiny bathrooms water damage down the Walls needing new roofs. Weird-looking kitchens.
We bought this house and are currently doing a big renovation on it 😊
Congrats, hope you kept bathroom suite?

It's worrying that derelict houses that are going up to 100,000 in my area when you could buy a decent house for it a few years ago 😢
Hi Maggie and welcome back.
Oh geez! I love your enthusiasm!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We've missed you! Welcome back!
I just came up on your videos and trying to watch them all. I love the homes there but live in the US.
Good to see you back!!
And you could in time buy the rest of the house and put it back the way it was and make it a B&B!!!😊👍❤️

Do you not do these videos anymore would love to see more properties 😊
In my dreams I live here and the building in the back would be my atelier.

I am watching on Amazon Prime. Does your series ever go back and show the homes when they are finished? - Thanks

Love Ireland. Thank you
I found you on Pluto! Now I’m subscribed.. love your videos
I would change out that bedroom handle 👍
Hello. That is a very nice place.😊👍
I'd like the cool rainy weather over there in Ireland, Scotland, or Wales, it's cool here and I'm still burning up.
I would strip all the doors down and make them look like they used to!!! 😊👍❤️
Nice basic room👍
It is a really nice place 😊
I am so happy to have found your channel on Roku TV. I look forward to getting home so I can watch your channel!
I NEED TO BUY A CHEAP IRISH HOUSE!! SHOUTOUT COOL VIDEOS!!
it looks like my grandmother's house in Turkey tokat turhal.I'm watching the video saying that my grandmother may appear from anywhere
do more videos plllease
That fireplace may still be behind there👍😊
I hope you come back to give your great tours, you're missed. Maybe you have another channel ? Hope you are well.
Why is oil a bonus; question from the US.
Miss your posts!😢❤
Fantastic content, do you take commissions were looking for a total renovation with land Mayo area?
The first thing I look at in house is which direction the windows face. If there are few windows facing south, that house becomes useless for me.
Do you still make videos?
Haven’t seen you in a year hope your ok? Missing your cheap Irish homes x
Must have been hard to heat those big room’s
I like how you say hinky bathroom 👍

When you compare to our american housing markets. This is utterly cheap as you could.get
Total gut job that’s wayyyyy overpriced!!
The idea is to keep original features and fixtures, not gut the place. Bathroom could be redone though.

if those dark spots and moisture areas are black mold, there is a problem there....although it has potential, I would not buy this one.
220 is enough for it aughrim. Hard to get to and hard to get out of
Selling my house at the moment how much do u charge iam expecting 420k / Dublin
How would €0.38/kWh sound?
Never seen a chocolate loo in my life😂
Lovely to you you posting again but this house just did not do it for me, money pit.

Mad money for Aughrim, when you factor in a refurb.
I'm take the enter house and not 1/2 of the house
What has happened to you? It have been 2 years why have you abandoned your channel? Does anyone here reading this know what’s happened to Maggie?
She got a tv deal does not make content anymore and lives in Washington
I think you,ve left your dog outside
that kitchen for me gotta go! it's terribly ugly with all those built in cupboards....I would rather start from scratch on that one.
Just get a bucket of bleach and water and scrub down the wall lightly.
