You could use a wired connection

@@Letychee you go into the settings, and there's a list on the left. You choose "Split Tunnel" and turn it off on the right. This is it, if I recall correctly :)

Hi, I have tried all of your suggestions and more in the last two days, I feel like I'm going nuts, It was working fine, no troubles and suddenly it stopped working and seems impossible to resurrect. I thought I'download 12.5 but I can't download it to any of the Mac computers in this home because they are too old. So I thought I'd reinstall 12.4 because I have the installer but again it told me I need an internet connection to install a MacOS. Can you advise further? HELP!

Where should I create a new "Wi-Fi Settings" folder!? Do I need to delete old Wi-Fi settings files after I move them to a new folder? Where will the new folder with Wi-Fi settings be located?

I did a 12 hour migration from 2011 iMac to Mac Studio, then all good BUT Wi-Fi wouldn't even turn on. I deleted the 5 preference files and YIPPEE !!
