BST!!! my friend, how are you. I hope all is going well for you. Keep the faith we are praying for you and the family. I got heads for you for the 5.4 or the 4.6. You can put 4v heads on a 2v block. You just gotta get an intake for the 5.4. The 4.6 no problem. Right now, I'm having issues with T's heads. Cam journals are too tight. So I'm fixing on them. You got me thinking about a new project. Talk soon, be well play hard play safe.
yes brother i am trying to get things order for that day... I have to recipe but not the stuff to make it happen in a timely manor... I will get there brother we will meet all of use... I just do not want to sit in a parking lot...
Thank you for that one... Just trying to adjust to keep everone one under 1 roof...( even though some are not ) Not being under the room ( just living ) but will love and wanting to be there... Its tough cause the world has changed
Wow! That 4valve looks amazing!! The 4.6 to 5.4 looks cool too!! Honestly, the 4v are going to yield more power. But I'd love to see a 5.4 at maximum potential!! 👍👍
Sorry for the late reply brother Corey... Ok thats what we doing then 5.4 2v... I have to source rods to even start...Just will make sesne to take that route .. Not to many have a Budget boosted version in there car... Question twin or single turbo.. twin will use all the ( bottome end tq properly) or single would be simpler but a little lag. Your call
I found that... after taking the fuel pressure regulator off of the 1993 4.6 that... once the return line plug is filed down, it will fit in the fuel rail where the OEM pressure regulator went. thus allowing a small strap to bolt it down with the )-rings on it... as it then flows excess fuel out. because i got 400 gallon a hour pumps feeding a 300lph injector pump... the OEM regulator was over pressurizing the rail by 10psi... 10psi is a lot of fuel thru 42lb/hr injectors... but anyways set to 20psi and idles at 10psi the 42lb/hr green injectors work, there is just a lot of fuel that has to move over them for if one puts an S475 on it. motors or axles? Took 100psi thru the stock injectors to brake an 8.8 cv axle, the 300lph injector pump by its self with a 200gph pusher pump was not happy about pushing 100psi on a hot day. but the 42lb/hr injectors idle at 10psi and work good at 20psi wide open... 10psi of boost using a boost reference regulator would be 75% duty on the 42lb LT1 injectors that are 650hp at 43psi. they are sized just right for mechanical tuning on a 4.6, 2000rpm no load idle EGR IACV delete etc... need a 8 gauge wire to run the fuel pumps. a walburo 350 has nothing on two marine pumps pushing a injector pump, go clear out to 150psi if the return line gets plugged, walburo350's cant even make 25psi. but that's a full EPA delete to brake an 8.8 ford axle with a stock NA 4.6, just an air filter delete and bumper ram air scoop. had to add a lot of weight to keep the power going thru it. NA rev and drop in second gets the wheels the peal and screech real loud but the back end is so heavy that's a solid 390lb~ft to do that, 310 brake horse power, NA 2 valve... only EPA deletes. 13-20mpg.
This si great info here... I have to keep this in mind... this car is so funny.... I have to figure this out...I need a solid week with the car and I can figure things out..
@@bstfordchannel923 no worries about a delay to respond.. man I’ve been sick for about 6 weeks.. I think I have infection in my lungs.. our 4 yr old keeps bringing colds home.
Hey man. So I am a car noobie but am starting to learn. I have a stock 2000 Base Crown Vic with 31k miles. I really want to put some work into it ($10k). I feel like a coyote swap wouldn't feel right on such a fresh 4.6L engine. Do you have any recommendations on increasing the power while also making adjustments to the body to handle the power?
I i do it it would be turbo... I will add not cams but maybe new valve springs... wait maybe a slightly larger cam and new piston ( not forged ) and l or H -beam rods... The intake is slowing me up a little
And sorry I haven't been able to watch lately. Im back I'll try to ketchup on your videos. If you can I would love to see the 5.4 in it. I would be amazing
.... Yo yo Kenny whats up man!Just for that I will do that one... The man reason i have not seen it... I only get a kick out of doing something ( if the mase amount a of people did not do it..
Love watching your videos. Hope you can get that 5.4 running correctly. Striking a balance between your personal life and your hobbies is a must . Best of luck to you on both those challenges
My old 2v is in its last leg on my 93 town car and i stumbled upon a intech v8 from a mark viii how feasible would this swap be? would the factory harness work on the intech engine?
yes it will but make sure your intech engine has a return style ( gas line ) and also you may have to mimic some wiring and lengthen some wires... Then a tune to make it run right.. and mod you exhaust down pipe

I will have to follow what you said. 5.4 2v build is very rare in today's youtube market. I think this would cool.
