If you have centre stand you can park the bike over the stream of water , it will roll the rear wheel as the water flow , while activating regen, and recharge the bike . It will be slow but will get the job done
It's so remote from next big city that it's very expensive to provide electricity and even people live few in number in 1 village to another It's not worth and people live more on solar or generator
Dude so true I am from a hilly area and it very hard to get electricity if goes out some time we will have to take a long stick and beat the power lines to get it😅
Quite easy to live without electricity. Only in hot areas it's a problem in summers. Else you'd prolly feel great not having to lookup your phone all the time ........ cause it's all dead.
Brother i genuinely felt bad when u had to face rejections after rejections. But loved the fact that you never gave up and kept persevering. Man, you a real legend!
It was really smart turning the bike on and off and using the inertia while charging the motor while you were on the move. You can definitely make it out for sure
Not really the initial Start every time takes a lot more battery every time you turn on and off makes the battery drain faster and effects the overall efficiency of battery don't try that 😂 you might get into more trouble then you are already
After watching your last video where you left us in suspense, I commented that it would be hilarious if you found power immediately. But this was even better for us viewers! Seeing Eve go town to town on just 1% without leaving you stranded-it’s like she’s a true partner. I’ve felt that connection myself as a petrol biker when I was riding on reserve with almost no fuel, yet my bike didn’t give up on me either. People may say machines don’t have a mind of their own, but experiences like these make them feel like so much more than just machines. Loved this video so much!
Bro every biker and car would have extra petrol with them and there are many petrol stations along the way… he would never be stuck in the first place 😭🤣🤣
@@osirinyxadesexactly idiot ebike owners and their stupid followers , he could have carried a can of petrol with himself on a petrolhead but this guy wants to be new and do everything on an electric motor to please his soul
After watching the video I feel most people are reluctant to provide an outlet coz their wiring systems are pretty weak and repairs are difficult up there. Plus people don't understand electric vehicles and how they charge so the quick response is to avoid any potential trouble and say no Ladakh is such a remote place it's kinda understandable. But I'm glad ur okay man
You had me on the edge of my seat but am glad you finally made it ! I was waiting for this one because left me wondering if you managed okay ! Keep going Marc … rooting for you ! ❤
The closest you’ve come to being stuck with no resources…. I’m glad you made it through and found a place to stay. Many good and helpful people you got to meet along the way, too. Enjoy your rest. You’ve earned it! Ride safe. Ride smart. Have fun!
After 50.000 kilometer i can say there is no difference in organizing trips compare to a fuel motorcycle. Both need to be topped up whenever you can. Certainly in the mountains. The regen function is nice, but not enough. Its the same as i take 1 liter of fuel on my husky which consumes 1:16.
I worried for your safety! But because you were able to upload, I had to take a deep breath and know that you should, in theory, be OK! But what an incredible journey! I really liked the post script showing the spot where you hit zero percent. I hope you had a good rest. And I will be tuning in to your next video for sure! Safe travels!
I was waiting for this video and as soon as I saw the notification, I jumped in no matter what. Very relieved to know that you have reached leh safe and sound. I think if you tell most of the shops and homestays that you asked that you will pay decently before hand, Then you might have got a deal before. Safe Ride Marc❤
Fantastically gripping episode Marc, such a relief it worked out through dogged determination - knew you would not give up - I've no doubt you slepped well that night !.
The one who live in different motive & except the challenges is called REAL HERO…& U R in that category…REAL- DEAL- MAN … I like your styles of pushing the limits of your own ..
Yesterday, around this time, I posted a comment on your last video saying that you would upload in the next few hours of me commenting. But, sadly, my prophecy failed.
He was worried about overloading his power lines. If anything goes wrong, it may not get fixed quickly due to how remote these places are. I don't think any of them saw an electric bike before, so they had no idea how it works.
Good and well done. This is life and it teaches you to manage, come what may. I hope it serves as a motivation and lesson for those who take basic necessities for granted. The life you see in these months is still good, imagine the conditions when temperature is -30 to -45 degrees C (November to March) in the same area.
You could have tipped that guy more than ₹100 Bcz literally he saved you lot of money for towing ur bike and all , no other person's were ready to let you charge as of my knowledge I feel it's nice to be generous with the people who save u when you needed the most.
When you go to a doctor do you pay them all your life savings because a small problem could have potentially escalated and become fatal? What kind of logic is that? Dont promote the stupid American culture of tipping in India.
Not fair. American tipping culture should not be promoted in India. Also Lets not appropriate the cost based on consequences. Like you go to a doctor, you don't pay them your whole life savings for a minor issue, just because it could have escalated to something really bad.
Power was there but the uncle in shop was scared to allow you to plug it He feels plugging bike might cause short circuit or something Lack of knowledge is problem

One of the most anticipated vlogs. Never seen a man so excited to see the power line. As a biker I am not sure if I can take this kind of anxiety. Well done Marc for having stayed calm throughout this. How many Km do you think you did with 0-1%? And you are a biker and some bro🤘🏼.
