    Thanks for this video. I just lost the seal and bearing so will be tackling this when I get it home. Just need to find a video on the suspension disassembly.

    Nice video. I have over 6000 mi on my 900xp & still have not had to replace parts in the front drive using ATF.

      Ye this had been running fine since been rebuild and using ATF

    What diameter tube do you use at 00:20 to press the bearing on?

      It's 43mm Just big enough to fit the bearing and slide over the shaft.

    Why ATF ? Not Polaris diff oil ? Why not 75-90 gear oil ?

      Dextron 3 was supplied from the dealer as a DDF alternative 75/90 is too thick for front demand drive.
      Atf works fine.

      Use DD, I'm sure it works. $$$$. SO does ATF.

    I just rebuilt my 2020 ranger highlifter diff and it is tight i can spin it by hand. Should it spin like that also?
