I can tell. this 15 minutes excersize definitely works. I started to do a few months ago once a week, and I had add weights on the dumbells several times since, because it had started to fell too easy. I wish there would be similar leight videos for, chest, arms etc. anyway big thanks to you Tanner!

I did this with 7 kilo's and I felt a burn in my shoulders. Next time I will try a bit heavier because the first time I didn't want to end myself with heavy weights. But this video is golden. Loved it 100%

It would help for sure,just try to increase weight after some time when 5 become too easy for you or try shorter ones with more weight...actually listen to your body and do it like you can 😁

Completing this routine once was very challenging. Try doing this routine TWICE (after a 5 min break) set my deltoids on fire. Excellent workout!
