Been doing your workouts now for about 3 weeks. Love them. Finally able to finish this one, moving from 20's to 25's on last super sets of each round. Arms are burning but feel great. Keep up the great content.
I finished the workout! Did 20 pounds both arms with curls and 7.5 each arm on tris. On the over head extension did one single 20 pound dumbbell. 14 years old and trying to take advantage of my ability to workout, gain strength and build lean muscle.

Jaswinder Upaul I did it maybye 2-3 times a week. I’m doing dips and pull-ups now 8xtill fail minus 5 and adding 2-5 reps every 2-3 days when I do it. Definitely working

I've seen my biceps grow and get stronger. Im am doing it naturally with no supplements or anything so they are growing slowly but when i flex my arms are rock hard. Im loving it so far! Im going to have to do this routine of yours here to see how far i can go before i tap out lol

Great workout for when you only have lighter weights available. Definitely need to go lighter than you'd think. Great for a quick pump for a photo or right before you hit the pool.
Don't have dumbells. But have my home made curl bar. Using same motions and wow it's still so effective...give me good coordination with both arms. Please put up some free caloric deficit plans.
When doing the tricep extensions, make sure your elbows are slightly back and not straight up. Putting your elbows straight up puts a lot of the weight onto the elbow ligaments. If you aren't able to put your elbows back, use lighter weights.
Tanner ur the man. I base half my workout on ur stuff but u should think bout teaming up with the buff dudes. I think u guys could make a bad a$s workout if u got together for a video

Something I’ve learned is that ego lifting ain’t ever worth it. Focus on form and volume and you’ll get better results, trust.

I completed this sets and the chest sets from your other video to gather 3 times using dumbells 5KG with 10kG, it has the great effect on the body
