- So we dive into some tricks I have used to keep tires from burping air as we acquired some 20 year old super swampers for the girth mobile speed pacer. We get the body dropped down so much closer to fit onto the frame and get things stretched out to where they should be. We also film with Ian Johnson from @BigTireGarage for the OnX Build Series Show.

100" wheelbase stock 😮 I just looked up my 4 door 57 chevy wagon it's 115" I was thinking about grafting it on to my duramax chassis. I never knew a pacer was that big lol

Its probably just a thing with the incredibly primitive yourube filter that looks for all kinds of words that may be misused and subsequently demonetises the video for no valid reason. Classic case of overcorrection.
Rule of thumb: yourube/gooble is nowhere near as sophisticated as you may think.
Trans is also short for transgender and transvestite and it probably insulted someone. Doesn't bother me sooooooo trans, trans, trans or transmission.
Colt... I'm loving your channel. You were the best part of the other channel you were on (your videos were really all I watched over there). Can't go wrong with some zax pizza! I was stoked when they started doing take and bake since I live almost two hours away. Also Colt all of your theories are correct on the beadlock super swampers, they are not a popular choice in Colorado and with everyone going to 17's nobody wants to try and replace at 15" tire.

The Pacers reminded me of a poisoned toad when they hit the market, all puffed up and funny looking. This one is starting to look a little better. Huh... a 4x4 terrarium. A go fast frogger? rock frogger? sand frogger? maybe dos all frogger? kiss a toad find a prince? Issues, just issues. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

I liked my ssr's, mine were 13 years old when u got them and I ran them for about 5 years. This build is my favorite in this comp.
When you finish the Pacer, you should drive it back to the museum you bought it from to show them what you did to it.😁

Old dirt bike trick putting grips on 2-3 wraps electrical tape slosh some gas in the grips dump it out slide it on.. in couple min it's on and don't come off. Sounds crazy but some type chemical reaction. I done it for years

I really envy you guys and your off-roading adventures. I went off-road back when all we had was BLM maps, a compass, and our wits. P.S. No rescues available. We rescued ourselves.

Shoulda used a 2nd gen bronco frame doner. Already 104" wheelbase, 9 inch and D44.

I missed that tape trick in the s10 videos but I will definitely be trying this because Im too stubborn to get beadlocks. I also could use at least half of the stuff you're selling off that TJ but Im on the other side of the country so if you ever just randomly feel like driving to the east coast for a few bucks I may know a guy😂

I like super swamper thornbirds but really like a good tall narrow coop bias ply I have over 40 year old tires on my wood truck a 64 F600 got a built 300 6 in a row ready to tow 2 speed rear end out of a 74 F700 with a 13 ft bed with a hoist 5 ft steel sides on a steel bed and 1 ft extentions on the bed and a silage bed tailgate a little over half full were on the bump stopes with cut split firewood and pull 2 20 ft dump trailers with 5 ft sides behind it from the timber home and 3 pickup trailers 2 with livestock racks behind my k30 79 suburban built to tow every trip to the timber we always think we should throw straps but never do those old bias ply tires don't die still on split rims and only had to boot and replace the tube in 1 in the 27 years I've owned it I'm the second owner

That's a bit steep either way,

Im in need of an engine for a dodge van that im trying to put back on the road. Im also a moab local. How much for the pacer engine and transmission? Also, I love the vision of this build.
If the frame is true when you start just put a couple of crossbars in and a diagonal. Then cut straight on your lines.

You couldn’t have have picked a better person to be a partner on this build even if he gets called out on rescues and leaves you lone wolfing it.
The Allied outer rings are junk, you need a "friend" to cut you some outer out of 1/4" and never have a bent leaking ring! Also, either some 3/8 or 1/2" strips for some bands on the bead seat, to get a better bite.
