In short, I was playing recently, just clearing the Hunter/Ranger/Force limited tasks with odd weapon configurations. Played a lot of RaSlayer today, and it was massively fun. It's annoying in the sense that just playing it is remarkably fun, and it stinks they aren't doing more with it.

A shame it isn't being used to its full potential, but I guess that's what happens when a game like this isn't part of your big 3 franchises like FF is for Square.

The combat is a banger, and is clearly the best part. If they added old pso ep 1 and 2 and psu instanced themed zones and take copy base games mag systems, pa crafting and less RNG variant of psu's crafting system ngs would be out of this world.

Drakaina here, I have my fair share of opinions for and against, positive and negative, but it's sad to say that my opinion is still negative about this game, but does that mean I hate it, no, I want it to improve, I feel like they need to touch up on many different areas.
I am truly passionate for this game, is why I still play it, it just Saddens me to see that it's predecessor, pso2, and other games of the franchise just doing stuff better, and other games that are around the same sort of time era as NGS doing stuff even better.
I will acknowledge the game has got better over time, but there are still a bunch of missing aspects.
The first aspect for me would be world building and information, even if it was just starting off with the fruit and vegetables we eat, and the minerals that we use, if they had their own mini fluff text of soso none importance Some people might say., it will still add up over time and become a living and breathing world making people interested and wanting to know more.
The second aspect is I want more than just one dimensional nice characters, I would like some like base game, Gettemhult, for example, Or people not liking one another just because of their class.

It feels like it has the *bones* of a really good game; feels like a love child between ESO and FFXIV. The only problem is not content, per se, but the *taking away* of content. I understand that Haunted Domain comes every Halloween, and should go away after the holiday is over, but the LTQ that aren't associated with a holiday should stay around, on a rotating schedule so that people have an alternative to PSE farm. With LC and DFS, I'm hoping that's what they will start to do. Also, they should just let UQ be farmable for the short period of time they are up.
Guess I should also throw my voice to the chorus (pun intended): more concerts, please.

I stopped playing months ago, but it is clear they took the large portion of their developers to work on other projects like sonic. Maybe once that is done they will resume large scale development on PSO

I do remember that being a popular conspiracy theory before Sonic Frontiers came out. People even looked at the credits for both games and I don't think they found anyone involved in both projects.

Didn't Sega just drop heyinas, that goofy hero arena shooter. They dropped soooooo much money on development for that. Who knows

Funny the "positive" video doesn't get as many views even though the reviews even told some issues with the game so it's not even whiteknighting. Though I do see some content creators (not pso2 specifically) that focus on mostly negative start losing viewers too so I think there's a balance of those video types

The "bad" review ones performed better despite my rebutting what people have to say in those. This does have some level of "series potential" since people write these tings all the time and it shows a different range of opinions about the game.
