Aah, Threeberries, my absolute favourite berries! This was a work of gorgeousness. Don’t think it would work as well with our flat, skinny little English pancakes (rubbery chubby crêpes basically) definitely needs American or Scottish pancakes.
I need this in my life. I used to be a cake decorator and even do wedding cakes but due to muscle and nerve damage I got told I could never go back to my field, and the occupational therapist included all of culinary arts. I just had all these berries, I actually mix them into waffle batter
I feel you, Joy! I had to take a break last year because of my shoulder injury.. who knew all that fondant rolling would catch up to us. I wish a speedy recovery for you and hope the pain is minimal 💕 maybe we could share a stack of those delicious waffles to ease the pain 😉
@@HowToCakeIt I just finished my physical therapy I did 67 sessions on my knee and my hip, they want me to come back under my back and my shoulder. Unfortunately I will be in severe pain the rest of my life oh, there's nothing they can do there's only making it tolerable. But yeah I had no idea cake decorators and chefs get carpal tunnel because of the constant pressure on our wrist. But all my damage unfortunately is due to really bad DV and being assaulted in Edition

Today is "Semmeldagen" in Sweden. Semla is a small, wheat flour bun, flavoured with cardamom and filled with almond paste and whipped cream.
