I’ve got a 24 hour walk coming up next week I’m 63 and watching inspirational videos like yours inspire me to keep going even when your brain is saying NO ! Huge congratulations 🍾👏👏👏 I’m a great fan of any ultra runner and devour these kinda videos . I ran the MdS and a 24 endure run , in my50’s , what people forget is the amount of time and training it takes to get to the finish.
@@EffigyXBL hi mate , yea it was awesome thanks , tbh as I trained as I used to for my ultras I found it pretty easy , it was enjoyable, and we didn’t think we wouldn’t make it . I think we managed just over 50 miles at a nice steady pace . Next on the list is to kayak the channel 👍
