When I was 24 I got diagnosed with cancer.
Thankfully I was able to recover and I totally changed my life, went to med school and hopefully next year I will become a doctor and be able to give back a little to the system that saved my life.
It is always amazing to see how hardship can bring out the best in people. Will, what you are doing is amazing and truly inspiring. I am going to start running thanks to you.

Just lost my mom last February. The wildflowers part got me brother! This is so inspiring and hit home for me. I hope to memorialize her someday once I get over this funk I am in. I wish I could do something like this. I’ve ran/walked a 50k when I used to be in better shape 😂. But ya, this is the best thing I saw since her passing ❤️💪🏽 🤗 thanks.

William, I am behind you 100%. I was older than you when I lost my mam to cancer. 43 to be exact and nursed her for 6 weeks as she wanted to die at home. I was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma skin cancer in Feb this year. I understand the pain you dip into. Keep the emotions strong and positive. Safe and easy miles for you i hope. All the very very besst wishes and keep on keeping on.

Interesting seeing how upset they'd get over one person. Was he significant in some way? You'd just post cadence tracks to prove the run like others have done before. We all remember the guy getting caught a few years ago.

75 year old Bjorn Sunesson Sweden start his US Coast to Coast may 5 and I don't think he sharing on Strava. Only him and a baby stroller. He has done 7 before.
