So true! I'm a perfectionist, and even when doing personal projects just for fun after I finish my client projects, I get so sucked into making a perfect design, or visual identity, so much that I fail to notice that I'm becoming stagnant in everything else. Great advice Ran.

Long story short, I think that you cannot expect clients to be long-term clients of yours if you don't deliver high-quality work. People generally compare the price of the project with the work to be done; if the price is low, they don't have the motivation to do the work properly.

On the point you mentioned about sales
I love sales with MY LIFE

Thanks for the book recommendation Ran, will definitely check it out! Lead gen is something I’ve very recently started focusing on so it’s going to be really interesting to see what you’re doing with that in the coming months.

Typical freelance problem.. Oh by the way, business have 4 component? Hurmm.. Not so sure about that. I think what you're try to say is that Sales have 4 component. Not "business".
Most of the time, business have 6 main pillars :
    1. Admin
    2. Finance
    3. HR
    4. Marketing
    5. Sales
    6. Operation
And that's just scratching the surface, when you hire a staff, have an office, meet invester, projection, risk & rewards.. That's a whole bunch of things that just seem endless..
