Yes, you can use Mocha masks directly in VEGAS now. Apply a mask to a copy of a clip with a blur added and you will get a blurred face. I believe we cover some of the process in Exercise 03 of this playlist : ua-cam.com/play/PLTKXtq-pvDm-2TSBQC8XWTcHAhfvf7xVs.html It's not an exact match, but does talk about the masking.
