Tender coconut chilly fry by Chef Rego from Goa

One of my signature recipes. Tender coconut is loved all across Goa and the Country, this is my unique version with simple spices, a quick and easy chilly fry along with some feni. Do try it out

Yes,, a chilly fry can be prepared with any veg or non veg item of your choice. But do try it once with tender coconut am sure you'll love it.
