- This video is dedicated to my loving son Chef Boris Do Rego who lost his life in the 26/11 attack in Mumbai. Lulas Recheados (Stuffed squids) was Boris's favourite dish. Its a popular dish in Goa, squids stuffed with a spicy filling and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
Squids cleaned 5 to 6 nos
Olive oil to fry
For stuffing
Squids tentacle mince 150 gm
Chopped onion 1 no
Tomato chopped 1 no
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Red masala paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Toddy Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Chef Rego Boris always had a smile on his face. I knew him. He was my senior at IIAS Miramar. I did my training at the Taj Fort Aguada Resort in 2006. You use to come there to cook on the Tuesdays Goan night by the pool side. I always looked up to you. Thank you for sharing these amazing dishes. You are the "grand master chef of Goan cuisine if you ask me". And I will keep Boris in my prayers. God bless his soul.

Chef Rego I learnt lovely tips from u. 1. U said to cook squids only for 10 minutes.
2. Not to stuff too much.
3.To cover d squids when it is cooking.

Excellent dish may be but narrative is rambling all over. Why don't you update your ingredient list to show red masala instead of just showing a fleeting glimpse. Chef is extremely knowledgeable but the presentation and production teams are no good .
Great recipe - but the name in Portuguese should be lulas recheadas because lula is feminine. So sorry for your loss.
