Thank you for including the dimensions of the berths, headroom, etc. as well as performance measurements. Your description of performance is the best in the business.
I always like tests/reviews done by Capt. Steve .. clear and concise with helpful pointers ... this Nimbus is an awesome boat, though I'd like to see twin VP engines, this one has great performance with the single. One thing I would like to have in all Boat Tests is a "ballpark figure" or a range of the price, please. Another great BT by Capt.Steve ..BZ
I used a 435 volvo engine for my 18 wheeler. Was the best trouble free diesel engine I ever had. I drove mine over 700,000 miles. most issues had nothing to do with the engine. I drove that truck the 800,000 miles expected from it, Sadly too much history. Great engines, ready for the world
@@AlexiGreco To put into perspective, Cummins warranty is 500,000 miles. Caterpillar is 250,000 and they don't warranty the electronics. Had a new Cat diesel, had more trouble with it than every other diesel put together.
Which propulsion option did you choose? How's its efficiency? Do you fish it? If so, how's it work? How did you choose the 365 between the 305 and 405? Do you love it?
I have been looking at a lot of boats in this category and was thinking that if it only had solar it would tip the balance for me. Now the question is, how is the 100 watt Solar power utilized? I imagine it’s going to be stored in a battery array, but what can that power and for how long?
It‘s to top off the battery a little bit but not for driving 😉 it will maybe help run the fridges and light. But then you have a generator that gives you the option to stay away from a plug for a while
I really like this boat, but I like the Greenline 33 better. It would be nice to see an option to eliminate the sunroof completely and fill the roof with solar. I also am not too fond of the counter sticking out into the sliding doorway.
How about "natural light" being replaced by "Light" and that first table when folded you say it has drink holders maybe cup holders anything else will fall over easily. I watch all your videos. I just caught your "buy the right boat" and that's why i scan all the boats. A coupe in the upper 30 foot range is making sense.
Slippery Storm: Beneteau Swift Trawler 30. Had a look round one yesterday. I’m 6’3” and I didn’t have to duck or bang my head - that’s worth bag loads of cash in my book 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
you had me with: the berths, the head, the mpg. GREAT.

instaBlaster.
a better head than the c11? thats odd, just wish the saloon area was a bit roomier like the c11 but that's a nice boat
IS it a Category B on Sea Worthiness... also how is it compared to Sargo 36 and Targa 37
Look it up, but I would say so
Yes, it is a B rating

Diesel motors last longer

My 6’3” so I guess it will be the swift trawler 30
I'm getting one!

One thing I miss is a door on the starboard side so that you don't need to do a gymnastics program to jump onto the dock.
Bonito y acojedor bote.. Presio
I am Mr. Nimbus!!

Phil B And a separate shower in swift trawler 30. I’m 6’3” too !
@@PhilbyFavourites I'm sorry to say that the Beneteau Swift Trawler 30 is one of the ugliest things I've seen, and I'm a pretty old guy!
@@mickemike2148 Not to worry 🤓🤓. A few months after my comment I purchased a 2011 Swift Trawler 34. Very very happy (and bags of head room) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
