I am subscribed to a lot of UA-cam channels... And to be honest, I don't really care about any of them other than Aquaholic. This is literally the only channel that most days I'll be like "Oh.. I'll have a wee search and see if there's any new content" LOL.
Great looking small boat with all the creature comforts needed. Did notice what looked like another fridge hiding under the table. Thanks as always Nick for sharing.
And thank you Nick for this very nice show of this Nimbus 365 Coupe one of my favourite boat brands when it is the smallest 305 this one the 365 a little bigger or the 405 the biggest in the line they are all comparable only the bigger one have more space and mostly bigger engines a lovely yacht Thank you Nick a good show on this beautiful Sunday
Nick I really appreciate these smaller, more practical boats. I love super yachts as much as you but this style of boat is far more attainable, not to mention far more practical for the average person. Lovely boat, lovely tour.
Another boat I spent time drooling over at the boat show, the quality of this boat could be seen in every way. Certainly in my top ten. Great tour Nick as always
Lovely. Small yet practical. These small yachts are really so much more charming than huge ones. Really makes you appreciate the job the designers have done. Definitely not a small thing to fit these luxuries in such small places+electrical and mechanical parts
Great video! I love this SUV style of boat. Over the long run its much more enjoyable through the years. I've had go fast boats and displacement boats and they all lack what this boat has in spades! Thanks
Very nice well made boat with lovely finishes. I always appreciate when you stand on the very tip of the bow and give us a good three second shot of the boat so we can take in its profile. Keep up the really good camera handling Nick. It makes a huge difference to the viewers I’m sure.
I agree with your 'squib' for the video: lovely, practical...a lot of value. This would make a fine coastal tourer for spending time in interesting smaller ports along the way!
Lovely little (I shoudn’t really say little :))boat, and I rather like the ideology behind it! I don’t particularly know why but I am a huge fan of the wood choice. Brilliant tour Nick thanks!
I quite like this boat. I'm slowly building a 26' panga (wooden, so faired hull shape) on which I intend to build a forward v-berth and pilothouse/saloon similar to this. I will have to be careful of weight and wind, but I keep getting great ideas from these kind of boats. Cheers, Nick!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Nick! Your talk the other day with James was excellent and when I found out he also had a UA-cam channel!!! He’s incredibly entertaining and hopefully the pair of you could join us for a live podcast. I’m sure the fan base of both of your channels would enjoy that immensely. 👍🏻😉
The term head means toilet and was devised because in sailing ship the sailors head was placed at the head or bow of a ship.. Though not used in the 1700. in the 1800's they were made though with only men on board they mostly used a device called the pissdale. Delightful boat, perfect for my alone time on the river.. Thanks Nick!
There’s lot to like about this boat. Great size for a couple or small family with enough room to spend some proper time onboard. Plus it’s well equipped for British weather nice and sheltered for 50 weeks of the year but those two barmy weeks can open it up and enjoy the sunshine
YES!! A Nimbus! :D The 405 is my dreamboat. For my needs that would be the perfekt boat. I think. Can we maybe see a Nibus 405 fly on the channel soon?
Very nice little ship, that opening near engine hatch is the lazarette? Another thing we must give you, your ability to go down those steps with a gopro!!! Thanks again like always Nick for sharing with us all this dream boats. 💪🏻💪🏻
Proper little cruiser. Looks well like an explorer yachts for maybe the Med or Bahamas to just put around in. I could see someone trying to take it from the med to the Bahamas. That ouldb very interesting huh Nick? Could you see that? Nordhavn sat out to prove their boats could do it and did it. Oceanclass has the Greenline 68 that's Category A. What about this? Yes I know it isn't practical at all. Wouldn't work. But what an adventure
Hi Nick, a great little boat. The saloon can be closed to the elements for us non med inhabitants ,🙄. Definitely a non plastic Jin palace boat. I don't think I saw the almost obligatory slide away TV sets. Hoorah that means folks will chat to each other 😂. Cheers DougT in Mancs
An actual FOUR SEASONS BOAT. Close it up cozy and warm for Winter excursions. Then fling open all the doors and windows for fun in sun on those long days of Summer. How about the look of it? As stodgy as an old boot - which is EXACTLY the look you're after for added security in most any port - no one wants to steal a boring boat. But the real pleasantries hide below decks in TWO very lush and very nautical staterooms with a spacious heads as well. This boat easily demonstrates - Practical Fun is real a thing!
Hi, there are two 26,s on the river and stood the test of time. At 36 ft. an ideal cruiser for along the coast and nights away . Sun blinds for roof lights ? A nice walk round of a practical boat . Thanks Nick and yours will soon be back on the plane .
Great review, as always, Nick. I was able to check this one out at Ft Lauderdale Boat Show and liked how the deck arrangement worked so well for a boat of its size. Hopefully the world behaves itself so you can come back over to Ft Lauderdale later this year 🤠
There are a lot of brands out there that make a lot more out of the space available on a 36 footer. Nimbus does this layout a long time already and it’s about time they start rethinking it. It’s a quality built boat but with a vision on layout and layout options from 10 years ago.
Since you’ve now done a tour of a nimbus, I would like to see a Nord West. I know it might be hard to find one but Nord West is the ultimate boat in terms of quality.
That's an excellent boat I'm trying to watch your video and ABC World news tonight I hope we're not going into World War 3 you have an excellent day and keep on boating
Lovely boat, I have a Beneteau Antares 30 and this would be a good upgrade for me….can you give us more information on fuel economy/costs in all your videos as it’s important to know for most of us! Thanks
A lovely boat with some nice touches, but seems a touch pricey to me, I can't put my finger on it but for £75k more than a princess V40 (I know, apples to oranges) I guess I'd hope for... Something more. Or £50k less! Maybe that's just inflation. Great tour as always anyway Nick, and a nice boat!
Nick - you need to do a wristwatch check for each video. Trying to work out what you're wearing on this one - be good if you could let us all know. I'm sure there are a lot of people who have the same interests - boats, cars, watches, tech etc.
@@AQUAHOLIC Haha, I understand. You do know your channel currently features multi-million pound yachts! So what was it? A Casio of some kind I’m guessing? The crown guards are putting me off.
On camera, I'm getting the perception of a higher interior quality than boats costing 5-10 times as much, where 'interior by Howdens' seems to be all the rage now.
Had a chuckle hearing you refer to the boat as "homely". Here, in the US, that means plain and unattractive. We would use homey to describe it, instead. Would be a nice boat for a couple. Another enjoyable video.
There's a question for you Nick; you mentioned Mullions when you were doing the full toure on that boat. Is that what you call them or are they A-Pillars, B-Pillars like a car ?
You mention that the v-drive keeps the engine well aft. So is it better to have the engine more towards the back of the boat? Why wouldn't you want it towards the middle? Don't you want a more central weight distribution? Just getting into boats, so forgive me.
Boats are all about compromise. Yes, ideally you want the engine in the centre, but then you are compromising the accommodation that could be in that area. So that is why you have the engine right at the back instead.
Finally a Nimbus on the channel! Expensive boats but the quality is incredible. I hope more are to come!

That's nice to hear 🙂
Cheeky merlot in hand, a bowl of cheesy puffs and a boat right up my street - love the saloon deck and unfussy finish. Superb!
Perfect! 😄
Being from Sweden, I love seeing Nimbus on the channel! 😁
Great looking small boat with all the creature comforts needed. Did notice what looked like another fridge hiding under the table. Thanks as always Nick for sharing.
You are right!
Yes, I thought that was an unusually careless oversight from Nick!
Love the quality and subtlety of this one. It looks like something you’d be happy to take out on the sea for decades.

Always enjoy the Scandi boat tours, thanks Nick. Looks dog friendly for a mini adventure as well 👍🏻
I agree with your 'squib' for the video: lovely, practical...a lot of value. This would make a fine coastal tourer for spending time in interesting smaller ports along the way!
Yesss a cool boat and you did a fine job of showing to us and I'm ready for the next one .lol. farewell from Biloxi Mississippi
Very nice little weekender boat.
very nice boat like a floating little cottage
The Southampton boat show, I'm impressed you still have videos from then.
I took a fancy to the W9, next door to this one at the show. 👍
One more left! 😄
@@AQUAHOLIC we looked out for you, but no luck ☹
This is my kind of boat. Quality over flash and has the features that real boaters value like shaft drive and a side door for single handing
Great looking boat. Basic but really well made and practical. Not much more to say.
Clean and simple, well designed and thought out, a great place to spend your weekend. Thanks for the tour Nick.
Thanks for watching! 🙂

Sounds great!
Hi Nick beautifully crafted and totally practical , you can tell it will be around for a long time to come . Kind regards 😀👍👍👍
What a great boat.
What a great tour as always. Thanks Nick.

Wow, you are literally in the future! Do you have flying cars and everything!? 😃
Fantastic boat. I think the singles just fine. She’d be a tight engine compartment with a double.
A nice proper little weekend boat
Thanks for presenting such a wonderful video Nick Sir... Just amazing... You are the best
My pleasure 🙂
Fun to have a nimbus boat on your show, I have a nimbus nova 35! A bit older but same thought but planing and a bit faster.
Lovely boat, well done 🙂
Great video Nick.
I really like this boat, so thanks for show it to us
My pleasure!
Hi Nick. A practical user friendly boat. Nothing fancy, yet very homely. Great video thanks 😊
Interesting & tidy… good addition to the channel Nick 👍🏻
Wonderful, just the kind of boat I like Nick, unpretentious, practical and well built, a big thumbs up, thanks 👍

Great tour of a superb, practical boat. Even has some Hurley davits lurking in the engine bay!

Seems like a quality boat. Really isn't something I would be interested in, but it was nice. Thanks Nick.
Fair enough!
Hey Nick nice boat and looks a quality build but maybe a little pricey for me and always a pleasure to watch your videos, happy Sunday bud
Thanks, you too! 🙂
Was thinking the same thing
All the boat most people could ever need. Would have this on my list if i had a lottery win.
Aloha; this one reeks of quality and care! Lovely interior fit and finish. Mahalo
It is very nice. Perfect for colder weather up north.

Nimbus 2000 Harry Potter sorry I just had to make the joke love your work
So you can stumble directly from the helm into the water 😂 Very nice boat and plenty of space for 36ft. Thanks for the tour 👍🏻
Nice simple and practical boat!
nice little boat! thanks for sharing nick, cheers!
Thanks for watching!
Did you miss a fridge or ice maker under the seating area? There was a silver door.
Another great boat for a family and weekend mucking about.
There is also a docking remote in the cup holder on the helm.
You’re welcome.
I saw that, too. That would imply the presence of bow and stern thrusters, but I didn't see any fixed controls for them on the panel.
Are you coming to boat show in London ?? next week ?
Really great little boat 👍
More Nimbus 🤩
Since you’ve now done a tour of a nimbus, I would like to see a Nord West. I know it might be hard to find one but Nord West is the ultimate boat in terms of quality.
Expert in cupboards

Is one of the lockers sized to fit a broomstick? 😀
You should contact the French Coast Guard they have a very nice Russian vessel that has been detained
Homely?? I think you mean HOMEY! 😂😂👍🇨🇦. Must be the accent 🤔. It is a beautiful boat.
I really like this boat, Mr. Nick! I wonder if one could equip this with a generator if one wanted? Or would one even need a generator?

You're paying closer to £500K for a V40 with a decent spec these days
Gosh, that is inflation! I knew I should have won the lottery two years ago!
Now here is a boat I would love to have, not too big.
Great video, keep it up!🚢💯
Thanks! Will do!
Splendid!

Nice little boat. Quick question....what's the metalwork on the opposite side of the bathing ladder?
It's the stern anchor. A very Scandinavian thing.
@@Katy_Jones thanks!
@@matgreen8605 Glad to help. also check out the bow, with the ground tackle below there's a clear path to exit over the bow when parked nose in.

Yes, they're the 'pillars' between the windows.
Nick, was that a fridge or freezer under the seating area?
Yes it was
Please can we have some larger dream boats.
Nice 😀
Nice design. Wouldn't be bad for a single person live aboard. Would rather have the twin engine for any offshore boating.
Similar style sa Merry Fisher 1095

Nimbus or Marex? That is the question!
If she jab more horses power she would be perfect. But despite that she's perfect for a weekend.Thank you Nick.
