      What? No way! I love AWP. How cool to have a crossover between two of my favorite channels.

    • @ninjacat508
      @ninjacat508 Рік тому +13

      AWP is great at underwater recovery and completely suck at homicide investigation , as they are divers not detectives.
      They found Kiely's car and her body was in it, but they immediately said it was not an accident and foul play was likely (before it was even confirmed to be Kiely). It's too bad they started that internet rumor which resulted in her friends and family harassment.
      AWP should only have said "we aren't making any public statements at this time, we are divers not investigators".
      It is highly unlikely any LE agency will request their assistance in the future with the media frenzy they caused with their unprofessional opinion and accusations void of any investigation and their highlighting the story the 'tow truck guy' made-up about servicing the car after it was already in the water.
      In conclusion:
      •Underwater recovery - excellent ✔️
      •Investigating and reporting - incompetent and abysmal ❌️

    • @wolfling2039
      @wolfling2039 Рік тому +26

      @@ninjacat508 You assume too much and are not accurate in your account. Nobody from AWP publicly said it was a murder. The ONLY thing said was Nick saying he thought it was suspicious that she was found in the cargo area. That is all. That is not unprofessional or wrong. It was his opinion, which would of course be based on his experience. Secondly you state your doubt that any police department would ever use them again. I would point out no police department has EVER used them. AWP always does their investigation at the request of private citizens, friends or family of the missing. The police are never contacted until a vehicle is already found by the team. I find it telling that you feel free to state your opinion but deny that same right to AWP.

      Agree! I've seen a lot of cmts from ppl being hateful & accusing them of being paid to give a false view & all that, others just calling them terrible etc. I've enjoyed a lot of their videos & very CLEARLY they are NOT hacks. They are all VERY established & credible. I also can't see why anybody would try to get them to lie about a UA-cam video when it has nothing to do w\the case & just ppl interested in body language. Also, I cannot for the life of me understand why these 4 guys would even WANT to give a false opinion. I just think that perhaps they are mistaken on a few things. Or that she just was good at faking the honesty. A lot of their insights about her behavior were good & telling. I just think their view of "why" & what it shows abt her intent could be mistaken. There's also of course a good chance WE'RE the ones who are mistaken in our opinions abt her. Maybe personal experiences have given us an unfair bias. But I'm also in agreement w\you that there's just SOMETHING that is giving me bad vibes & major 🚩🚩🚩. I've also noticed a lot of us saying this seems to be women. Which makes me wonder if that's WHY TBP might be a bit wrong on their analysis & us women who have experienced this dynamic during our teen yrs are picking up on certain things TBP didn't. See, I find it weird how she's trying to imply they were super close & BFFs & she's an expert but then throws that "well Maddie, her BEST friend..." Just reminds me of all those silly fights abt who's the #1 BFF & who comes in 2nd blah blah. & She doesn't make it sound like her & Maddie or Mags (I forget the name) are friends as well. & Typically, they would be in the same little friend grp. UNLESS there's some bad feelings & ppl pulling her in diff directions. But, my main take away from all of her interview is that SHE, Sammi, wants to be #1 & out in the spotlight, ALL attn on herself. She wants to be the authority & expert on this case bc it's such a HIGH profile, memorable, & notable case that has garnered world wide recognition. This case has reached pretty far out there. & If she thrusts herself out into the limelight, she can go places & make herself well-known & meet ppl & make $$. But I see Sammi's motivations as very selfish. I could 💯% be wrong. This is just my take as of now.

    I was with you until almost the end, when she said "we don't want to get anybody in trouble." She suspects that Kiele is dead due to someone's behavior (driving drunk?) or negligence (leaving Kiele behind to drown while saving themselves?). Teens stick together, won't tell adults on each other. I believe she's holding back important information.

    • @jodimarie379
      @jodimarie379 Рік тому +1

      They were all engaging in illegal behavior. I don't think that means she thinks one of their group did something specifically to Kiely. I would imagine if she found out someone had hurt her friend, she would hang that person out to dry. But just publicly throwing out everyone's name when they probably have little to no involvement? Also, she may not be doxxing the guests, but that doesn't mean the police aren't aware. It is also possible the police told her not to throw around names publicly.
      Teens stick together to a point. But most will blabber when they realize how serious something is.

    AA Driver said he saw Kiely and a guy in her car and she was acting nervously
    She was in the Hatch not Backseat which the gap to squeeze in is very small
    Sami also said Kylie called her at 12:15 and heard background Music then said 12:25
    They said she was so drunk that she was stumbling early in the party so she left her so called Best friend there Drunk knowing she was in no condition but just left her there
    Tell me this Sami and Kiely was drinking shots and drinking , how can she have perfect memory of what she wore and what they did
    There was 300 people there from ages 16-30 how did no one hear or see anything
    And 1 of the kids said that around Midnight something happened and everyone left at the exact same time

What about when she starts changing her story in later interviews about the last phone call and who called who. Especially, after the firecam footage shows Kiely was in the water at the time she says the call went out. Was Kiely calling for a chat as her car was going underwater? Sami goes on and on about the exact time of that last call. 12:36 And, she goes on and on about the fact that Prosser has been thoroughly searched, when the Arcadia dive team only searched 25 ft out from the bank in the area Kiely was found. So, not a thorough search. The Arcadia dive team was told to only search near the shore up to 25 ft out. Why were they given such strict search orders, in the exact spot AWP eventually finds Kiely. Still doesn't make sense to me. I'd like to see more please :)

    Did you do any background research into this case whatsoever before this analysis or are you going into this blindly? You can say Sami comes off as truthful, but she factually can’t be. Kiely’s autopsy and toxicology showed that she likely had nothing to drink whatsoever. At most, a Truly or two. How do you reconcile this with Sami’s interview? She says they’re in the car charging phones and talking about texting moms and Sami asked Kiely for a ride home because she wanted to stay at the party longer. Kiely agreed. They get out of the car and go back to the party where Sami… looks for another ride. Because she “knows about drunk drivers.” She leads us to think Kiely was a drunk driver, but says she suspects Kiely was abducted and on the other side of the world but “still alive.” “Still fighting.” But she was a smart girl. And then the car was finally found despite LE’s best efforts to delay it and Kiely’s body was in the cargo area of her own car. Kiely was almost certainly strapped into the way-back via the backseat middle seatbelt, “attached to her actual belt”, holding her body in place and closed into the hatch door. Toxicology showed ethanol levels consistent with decomposition. I mean… I recognize the value of body language analysis and so appreciate your commentary on things, but in this case, while we sadly don’t know much about who killed Kiely/when/why and/or was involved in hatching this plan (seemingly in concert with LE), the things we do know disprove many (if not most) of Sami’s tall tales. Objectively disproven. But because she’s confident and lacks a conscience, you’re saying she’s told the truth. Idk, but if you know anything about this case whatsoever and still believe Sam’s a trustworthy person and Kiely’s death a mere 1-person accident, I can’t really trust your judgment.

    Curious - how do you differentiate between someone who is cold and distant vs someone who hasn’t felt the full reality of a situation? I tend to take a long time to fully grasp the severity of things -
    for instance, my uncle went missing in his small plane on Father’s Day years and years ago and when my parents came in to tell me they were rushing to his house (a few states away), my thought was, “why? I’m sure he’s fine.” It took more than a week for me to really feel it and grasp what was happening. His plane crashed and he didn’t survive the crash but it just didn’t seem logical that he’d be gone. What would you say are the signs of someone who is dismissive because of antisocial personality, sociopathy, or psychopathy vs this sort of slow processing? Thanks for all you guys do!

      Thinking the same thing, I hope the REAL Body Language Guy I usually watch sees. Anyhow, I'm feeling they're working to fix Sami's reputation. Also, another true crime site said Sami is 24 and has a twin brother. If they were good friends, why did she find out how long it takes for her to get home from Prosser, she should've had the knowledge of approximate time. And, these kids if friends, know an iPhone from an android, but her pretty good friend that says "bye I Love you" to her blames the phone case for not knowing the type of phone she had. Sami is a narcissistic pathological liar. I fear she's very dark, and her videos prove that. And she'll have plenty of victims left in her path in life. Even LE let this 19 (24?) year old control the information gathering for their investigation. She said come to me, you don't need to go to the police, yhen corrects that by saying you can go but go to her too. These guys are just playing each other up. Won't subscribe. Sami knows, Sami is a Casey Anthony, Lori Vallow Daybell in the making.

So many of us don’t understand why the locals aren’t digging deeper. Very few cases get this amount of attention, and people who care about the end result. Something simply is not right here in my opinion only. However, there are others who feel the same way. On the outside looking in, it seems like people want this to just go away, and that to me is very sad. He was the guy saying there’s no way it was an accident and going against what LE and the ME said. I’m not gonna go off on a tangent about why I think this really was just a tragic accident. My main point is that social media and true crime junkies have really started having an effect on a lot of cases and unfortunately it’s not always a positive effect. Kiely Rodni, The Delphi Murders and now the Idaho
      4 have been affected by internet sleuths thinking they know more than LE, spreading rumors and making more work for detectives. It’s also alarming how many people seem to think they’re entitled to information and can’t understand why authorities don’t just hand it all over. That crazy TikTok tarot card lady accusing that professor in the Moscow case is a perfect example of someone who has no business slandering innocent people. Of course there’s times when social media has helped solved cases so it’s a double edged sword.
