Thanks Chris! This video was great and just what I needed today as a push. These are my 3 goals and 3 small things to do towards each of them this week. I feel if I put this 'out there' I might be held more accountable:
Goal 1 - Create the outline for my long dreamed of Heart Book
a) Create a named project file on my PC with sections
b) Create a brief description of each of the 5 characters I know will feature
c) Research my key target audience for the book.
Goal 2 - Draw up the thumbnails for the illustrations for the Book
a) Dedicate a new sketchbook just for the project
b) Decide what each of my 5 characters might look like, what type of beings they could be and make sketches of them
c) Makes sketches of the possible Heart and research world building.
Goal 3 - Learn Procreate Dreams and other software so I can animate the final scene to some special music I've found.
a) Look more at Procreate Dreams software
b) Research if this is the best software to use.
c) Contact the musician about using the music
These are perfect. this is a 7 day series that will get you there. New video tomorrow!

I agree with everything you've shared here Chris, the one chance of the life we have should be self supported, motivated, exciting, playfully imaginative to say the least regardless of age, gender, & circumstances towards what we'd love to be do & have. Usually nobody has suggested in life, so why not imagine, create & magnetise ourselves to the place where peace with decisions & efforts give us momentum. So interesting, I go for the feeling too. It’s so easy to shift realities that way. I’ve heard things calling me too. Like one of my favorite skincare guys says the ocean calls him. And he feels like he’s Moana. :)
So agree about the ‘wasted’ or diverted time. Esp if it’s hijacked by other people. Like great now I have a bunch of roles that are just roadblocks. So I have to go around those. Use them as stepping stones.
All the people I add are ones I’ve chosen :) deliberately chosen. My icons irl going back to tiny childhood.
Goal one peace with silence, solitude, fresh air
Goal two health with youth, glow, flexibility
Goal three abundance with fully met needs, quality items, organization.
