Your weight reduction was because of your intermittent fasting, not because of walking . I have been there done that.. walking 9 kms everyday for more than 2 years didn’t impact my weight. Once I started intermittent fasting, I reduced 25 kgs in 3 months. So don’t mislead that you reduced weight by walking

Ideal is to stay below BMI of 23 but that is hard. Staying below 25 is normal and healthy. Only, with this information it will be possible to share what I did.

Our aim must not be weight loss it should be fat loss.. One should maximum lose 1% of their bodyweight in a week. Which is for a 80kg person it is 0.8 × 4 = 3.2kg for a month. This only will prevent muscle loss and aim only for fat loss. For this strength training /weight lifting is necessary. Also it's essential to have high protein foods , around 30% of your total calorie deficit or aim for 1.5 times your bodyweight level protein in gram to maintain muscle mass and shred fat.
And losing 11kg in a month, it's pretty obvious that you lost lot of muscle in the process. Excessive weight loss in a very short time have more probability to regain soon. Only slow weight loss is good for health.
A final point, it's seen that many people fix up a weight in mind or think losing weight is our main goal . Weight number in scale doesn't matter more. Yes it's an indication . But also see how you look in mirror. Some people loose lot of muscle and looks so lean . Aim for good energy levels and stamina and endurance

Walking is good for people who have joint issues or if they are obese/overweight, but if you want to save time, try jogging or skipping, with less time you can reduce the same amount of weight.
average time to walk 1 km - 15 mins so for 10 kms - 2.5 hrs approximately. But by running or skipping just 30 mins, you can burn the same amount of calories.
Very good video, But please try to reduce weight slowly, Dont bother about loosing 10 kg in a month, just keep walking atleast 10k steps a day... If possible reduce intake a bit, I have reduced 6kg in 7 months, I am not in a hurry to reduce weight👍
