    Your weight reduction was because of your intermittent fasting, not because of walking . I have been there done that.. walking 9 kms everyday for more than 2 years didn’t impact my weight. Once I started intermittent fasting, I reduced 25 kgs in 3 months. So don’t mislead that you reduced weight by walking

      @@micheljoe1678 - what is your height? If you are 6.5 feet tall, 95 kgs is normal. So, what is your BMI? If you exceed BMI of 25, then you need to reduce weight. Ideal is to stay below BMI of 23 but that is hard. Staying below 25 is normal and healthy. Only, with this information it will be possible to share what I did.

    Guys losing so much weight in less time is not good..Dont just focus on weight loss..Focus on muscle building and fat loss..if you are dieting and walking 10 km a day will make you lose weight also make you lose muscle . Our aim must not be weight loss it should be fat loss.. Eat right amount of calories with protein and other nutrients..Slow weight loss is much better than sudden weight loss with muscle loss as well.

    One should maximum lose 1% of their bodyweight in a week. Which is for a 80kg person it is 0.8 × 4 = 3.2kg for a month. This only will prevent muscle loss and aim only for fat loss. For this strength training /weight lifting is necessary. Also it's essential to have high protein foods , around 30% of your total calorie deficit or aim for 1.5 times your bodyweight level protein in gram to maintain muscle mass and shred fat.
    And losing 11kg in a month, it's pretty obvious that you lost lot of muscle in the process. Excessive weight loss in a very short time have more probability to regain soon. Only slow weight loss is good for health.
    A final point, it's seen that many people fix up a weight in mind or think losing weight is our main goal . Weight number in scale doesn't matter more. Yes it's an indication . But also see how you look in mirror. Some people loose lot of muscle and looks so lean . Aim for good energy levels and stamina and endurance

    its extreme . people don't try this . slowly start your intermittent fasting from 12 hours then increase step by step. similarly walking as well.. how quickly you loss weight , same you will gain quickly when you stop. gradually reduce the weight and so that muscle loss can be avoided .

    Walking is good for people who have joint issues or if they are obese/overweight, but if you want to save time, try jogging or skipping, with less time you can reduce the same amount of weight.
    average time to walk 1 km - 15 mins so for 10 kms - 2.5 hrs approximately. But by running or skipping just 30 mins, you can burn the same amount of calories.

    I didn’t even lose 100 grams of my weight though I walked average 12km a day (close to 15000 steps) for over 3 months.. maybe I was not walking in fat burning speed. Now started going to gym for past 1 week, hope I can reduce more now 😂

      have calorie deficit meals and Intermittent fasting.. you will see results in no time..
