Those two brothers seem like the kind of men who'd lead you out into the swamp and then demand money from you to get you out of there. They came across as very untrustworthy.

I have watched SO many ghost-monster-weirdness shows and I have to confess I wasn't expecting much from this series when I stumbled on it. However I am pleasantly surprised. Most shows like this are schlocky and shoddy. This was well-produced, well narrated, neither too credulous nor too contemptuous. Nicely done! Looking forward to watching more.

Why in the hell would you go "out to the middle of the swamp" without a gun?!

If you've never been to Louisiana, I encourage people to check it out. My sister lives about 20 miles from Slidell, there's such an interesting energy throughout Louisiana, not just New Orleans. I find it fascinating, one of my favorite places to visit in the US, although for me it's only about a 9 hour drive coming from Florida.

I’m from New Orleans and I live in Alexandria Louisiana now known as central Louisiana. My dad grew up on the West Bank and he just told me you can walk in honey island 50feet turn around and you won’t find your way out. Trust me when I tell you something is out there that is big fast and mean so you make up your own mind. Come here and stay over night alone in the woods and you will be terrified monster or no monster...

I was with someone interviewing I think it was Dana's mother actually, back in the late 90s about the monster. I'm glad shes still telling her family's story. Very sweet woman and welcoming community. Shes got a cookbook somewhere...recomend looking for it, lots of classic swamp recipies

I believe there's something in there. We're coming to find now that we don't know half of what's in this world! Only God knows the truth!👣👣

I'm a lifelong resident of Central Louisiana, but have lived all over the state, and extensively explored it's many woodlands and wetlands...and I can assure you with complete sincerity that there are many unknown and unexplained things out there in the deep dark thickets.

I wonder how many people have fantastic footage of the monster well kept at home like in this case.

Every time a scientists explains what a person has seen in the swamp they immediately say it's a bear. Sometimes I think they are told to say these things by the scientific community.

I am an honorably discharged ex- US Air Force Veteran and I remember I had to go (TDY)- which means (temporary duty station) to Spokane, Washington for land survival training. We were on Mt. St. Helen volcano for training in survival techniques, and the volcano was live at the time because you could smell ash and sulfur…This was in 1983, in my survival group was myself, an Air Force Captain and a Air Force first- lieutenant. We were hiding in thick forest terrain while the instructors of the training class were looking for us, the purpose of this training was to simulate we were in enemy territory and how to eat, hide, and move around without being detected.

This was a great show! I love watching anything about Louisiana. I usta live just outside of Baton Rouge and miss that state. The energy is old and mysterious and the people are some of the best people there are. And I loved seeing one of my favorite people, Terryl Evans, from Swamp People. I really hope Dana will be able to find the proof she's searching for. But she really should bring protection when she's out on the hunt. You never know what s gonna happen.

"We are deep in the swamp now." Where the hell did the random stool come from?
