After telling me that they offer interest free credit on everything, she went on say that "they are very flexible on price and always willing to help, especially with Tudor". I got the distinct impression that they would listen to any reasonable offer.
Hi Brenny and thanks for this. Im holding on, so fingers crossed. I went into WOS today in Brighton. Offered me around 8% off of the seamaster NTTD and also the 60th anniversary , without me even trying, so I reckon I could have pushed that to at least 10-15%. He offered an IWC big pilot with a RRP of 7k for around 25% discount!! Also, whilst trying on a Tudor steel and gold chrono, I mentioned that I would probably wear it mainly on the leather strap instead of the steel and gold bracelet. With this, he offered me the watch on the leather for a massive 25% off!! Unheard of with Tudor. Apparently the WOS group are no longer buying Tudor on anything other than a bracelet.
Yep I think I mentioned they were reaching out to previous customers offering 25% off Tudors. Plus the panda and reverse panda on bracelets too at 25% off. Under the radar ☘️
Got a 41mm Silver Dial OP last week from my Local AD (no Discount) after a 2yr wait and had a call today from WOS about a 41mm Steel and Rose Wimbledon, Fluted Bezel on Jubilee Bracelet, picking it up next week (no Discount either) no waiting list just had a call asking "if I wanted the watch" 🤦♂ I only said Yes has there's a Price Rise in January, so your Subscriber has done very well Brendan if he was given a Discount 😏😏
Picked up a Bond 60th 300M last week. Brand new, stickered, with a card dated less than a week before. All for £6200. The fact that some grey market dealers are still trying to get above RRP on Chrono 24/eBay is laughable. Talk about being left holding the bag.
I got 25% of an Omega Speedmaster at the AD in June 23. Sapphire Sandwich £5,500 and still lost a few quid when I moved it on in a trade. The AD was a family owned jewellers in Blackpool that was closing down after some 100yrs in business and every Omega was 25% off. I just wish I'd had the funds to buy a couple more peices I wanted. Anyway traded that and a PO in for a sub the following November.
My Grey market dealer guy just discounted his whole line of GMT masters by $1,000, 3 months ago, now another $1,000 now. It’s still sitting. If he has to go down another $1,000 or $2,000, he will literally be left holding the bag. That Luxury Watch Company guy out of UK is going to go broke soon, as he says foolishly about making $750-$1,000 per watch. Dude’s a LIAR. I dislike dishonest people.
It's been pretty obvious that this year has been terrible for UK luxury watch market. These huge slashing of prices aren't going on in the States. Wouldn't be surprised if a few brands leave the UK all together.
Bought my first Omega 2 years ago on 0% finance and got a discount on it. It was easy, I just told them directly, I wanted that Omega, on finance, now, & wanted their best price. I got £400 off & rubber strap included with the bracelet.

It’s all bull crap make believe. Wait until after the holidays. Gonna be getting the call. Also, Rolex AD’s CPO programs are another joke. No one is buying them .I find it hysterical that everytime I reach out to my Rolex AD about a watch I’m waiting for, I get an email about their Rolex certified watches?!! Coincidence? I don’t think so.I’ve now unsubscribed from their emails. Ain’t happening, not this guy, that will be the day I pay 50-100% more for a used watch thats 5-10 years old. Hello ! Can you please advise me on what to choose between Tag Heuer Aquaracer , Omega Seamaster newest versions or Rolex Submariner older preowned verson? I presently have high end quartz watches but I want to go to automatic and accuracy is very important to me. Thank you for the great content !
Thank you very much for the response. I haven't considered that option, I didn't know that model was more accurate. Everyone has recommended Omega for the accuracy. I also like the green Aquaracer for the looks... personal preferrence... I will look at some Explorers too sincer you recommended and you are clearly a watch entuziast.

There is a point at which only desperate sellers will sell at such a loss from what they paid and the number of watches on the market will slow. Crypto has flown up and some of those gains will end up being spent in the watch market. I think prices with trickle up in 2025.

Most require minimum 2 other Rolex’s sold before they will consider it! 13k for a 2024 is the going rate.
