Spotted this today at my local Lidl,I'm now on my 2nd can,If I was blindfolded on a taste test I would not be able to tell the difference,Give it a try.
A very good rounded Lager , San Miguel can be slightly tart but the San Martinez is ever so slightly sweeter .Very good value and a nice Lager to boot 👍👍👌
Seen this next to the San Miguel at my local Lidl. Much cheaper and surprisingly well balanced. I agree I almost prefer this version maybe slightly more San Miguel but honestly at I don't think I would be able to tell the difference between the two in a blind test. When you factor in the price difference this Lidl version is a winner for me.
I actually prefer the Martinez, it's smoother but unfortunately my local Lidl in Kingswinford are quite useless at maintaining stocks of anything decent.
Went and got some after seeing this,I agree that it’s better.Thanks for doing the review.I shall be buying more of this and saving money.I also really like Aldi Steinhauser.
Tried this for the first time today. It’s a nice beer that’s as good as the actual San Miguel. No brainer if you want to save a little money. 🍻

just tried the copy - well worth the £1.50 cheaper than the real one - tastes fine, maybe not so smooth but close , very close

Taste like Carlsberg to me, unlike San Miguel which tastes of surgical spirt! I'd sooner drink this, but neither are much cop!
