How to make Eggless Strawberry Ice cream. This is an easy no churn Strawberry Ice cream, that is a super easy tasty strawberry Ice cream packed with strawberry deliciousness. The ice cream is made without and ice cream maker that makes it the perfect easy ice cream. The strawberry ice cream is made with condensed milk to give a lovely creamy texture.
Strawberry Ice cream ingredients
1kg/2lb ripe strawberries
1tbs white sugar
1tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395g/13oz) or follow my recipe to make it is a lot cheaper
2 cups/500ml) cream, a full fat cream that will give peaks (not just a pouring single cream as it won't peak.
